Great location, staff was friendly; they helped us with our bags when we got there before check in time. Lots of places to eat near by. It has one elevator but is big enough for the bags, hot and cold water in the showers.

Well I had the menstruation those few days and for that reason i requested another towel ( seens i bleed a lot) but the staff that help me was kind of skeptical and they just left it for a day and only left us with one towel each person. The only thing i would recommend for the hotel is that if they don’t want to give extra towels they should ask an extra fee for it.

Excellent location, comfortable room, AC in the room, the shower was nice and it had hot water. They hold our baggage while waiting for the checkin time. Lots of natural light. The room was and felt clean. I felt secure in this area, even enough to walk at night. There is a drug store nearby and restaurants.

They need hotel room signs for DND or for no room services. The bed was a bit too close to the wall, made it difficult to walk a bit, our room supposedly had a view, but it didn't, or if it had one, it was not good. Very minor things, but it was good overall. Other places with similar price offered breakfast, this one didnt.

The Penthouse room we had was very spacious and clean, we loved the view from our balcony. The hotel itself is in a great location to enjoy the surroundings. Staff at checkout were very friendly and allowed us to store our bags so we could walk around until our time to depart,

Only one thing that I found annoying was the water flooding from the shower but we were given an extra towel to help keep the bathroom dry. Also, if you do book the penthouse apartment, be mindful that there is only a lift to the 5th floor and then you have a flight of stairs.

Excellent location, nicely appointed rooms, clean, comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe with bars, restaurants and shops very close.The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere. Great little beer bar next door.

My room did not have a table and chairs or desk which means a longer stay not possible Rear of the property quiet but wifi not strong enough to hold a video call - need an extender or new network for rear if the property.

water was extremely hot or extremely cold, no way to mix it. there were no blankets for the second bed

The hotel did not show that we had to pay at the property. I chose this one specifically because I thought the would charge my credit card. At least I could handle this, but it was a problem since I was not with my friend and this was a gift from me to her.

The location is great. Opposite the park and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Friendly staff too!

It's a bit noisy at night, and the showers are with cold water only. But as long as you're prepared for this, it's a great place to stay.

The place was overbooked so they gave me a very different room than the one I booked for the same rate. We only stayed one night and requested a refund. The staff were amazing though, very apologetic and eager to help. The refund was made instantly with no drama.. The location is amazing .. right off "parque la 93" so you won't find a better location at that price.. maybe for someone else on a budget is an excellent choice, just not for us. I can only imagine the rest of the rooms being actually nice, unfortunately that wasn't my experience.. but can't fault the staff and their prompt response.

Central location in northen Bogota next to a leisure area with lots of good restaurants and shops. It is a safe area and clean and green, there is a park and lots of trees etc.

Noisiness at night (you could hear the street noise). No breakfast offered (but there are plenty of coffee shops around)
