The staff of the hotel reception desk is excellent and they will respond quickly to our Suggestions. The room is clean and clean in time.

I chose this place because it has a pool. But I can't use it because the hotel rents out the best hours of the pool to children's swimming lessons. So hotel guests are not allowed to use the pool between 10am and 6pm. Is it because the Hilton is strapped for money?

The room is as fantastic for the price, the gym and pool as well. Breakfast was superb. Overall a great experience.

The reception service could improve a bit. They seemed a bit cold, bit were professional and helpful enough.

Almost all i liked at the hotel. the staff is very friend, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are big enough and the area is safe. Thank you. If i travel again to Bogota, definitely will stay there once again.

The room was fantastic, perfect for a couple. The service provided by the restaurant staff was outstanding

Although the front desk service wasn’t bad at all, it didn’t feel as comfortable and personalized as those in the restaurant. Plus, I wanted to keep one of the bathrobes, but I wasn’t allowed to, although I was willing to pay for it (I was told that I couldn’t keep it due to lack of spare units)

Location was great and the breakfast was delicious, many options and variety to choose from

The gym was very small and limited machines to workout so when we walked in, it was already occupied and couldn’t use it

Lovely hotel with great, comfortable rooms and in a very central part of the city.

The bar was closed during my stay, the hotel windows all taped with plastic (sue to facade cleaning, I was told). and the pool area was partially blocked off. Room service is 24/7 but only for the basics; food is not available after 10pm.

pool spa and rooms were spacious and the window views even if heavily settled metro area were beautiful unique

Really nice place to stay for a short time. Easy to get around, there are supermarket in front of the Hotel. Besides, the beds are really comfortable. The hotel was super nice and friendly.
