Stayed over the weekend with a very attractive last minute offer. The rooms are good, I especially liked the working area (desk, light, plugs). The lobby is very nice and comfy, very good to receive visitors, too.

The place is great and the location as well. The process of check in and check out is smooth and the people that work there are very kind. I would recommend to improve the options for breakfast for vegan people or that my have some allergies or intolerance to for example milk, there are many options available now. But I was very satisfy for the rest of the aspects

As a suggestion I would recommend for the people that is in the front desk if they can provide recommendations to know the zone or in general in Bogota would be highly appreciated.

Good location and easy to access to convenient store, restaurant and Bars. Breakfast buffet and rooftop patio is also good!

The design of shower room is not good, water was came out from shower room and I had to wipe the floor every time after I used shower.

Loud piped music playing in the corridors from early hours. Granted when I complained it was turned off/down immediately.

The bathrooms have a weird layout, but not a deal breaker. There was no staff during breakfast.

The attention of the staff was excellent, from the room I highlight the shower, super relaxing! It is very well located and there is a supermarket nearby. Cumbia House is just behind the hotel, you can walk there.

Great location, spacious rooms, the included breakfast was tasty and the staff was friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back.

Wifi was slow on the 6th floor but enough to get the job done. Definitely faster lower down.
