Much better than I expected. The tv had a Netflix option. The kitchen area had coffee and tea available. The location is great. There’s security at the front door and the remainder of the doors need fobs. The checking lady was very nice and curious, she even helped with our luggage.

The balcony was locked a few times, the bedsheets were polyester and thin, no ac. The maid leaves very early so service wasn’t possible after 1 pm when I asked. You’re not able to use the stove in the kitchen area. The privacy aspect wasn’t there after 2 days of stay. I think we booked a room with 2 double beds and one single and we got 2 single and one double. So not accurate and it wasn’t ready for us we had to wait for the second double beds to be brought in.

The front desk lady was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. The room has a small fridge. We love it! The location is great, close to a lot of restaurants, drug store and a park.

There's no sign on the street to know that the place is there, it looks like a normal residential building. The TV never connect to any service or channel. There's a bathtub but there was no plug. :$ We didn't want to bother because it was very late.

This hotel was genuinely spectacular, very clean, safe, excellent location, there is a shop downstairs for any basic needs, the staff was extraordinary, friendly and the cleanliness was top notch. They made the stay amazing

I liked everything. They had a cozy little balcony, before entering the rooms, the lobby was nice, the beds were clean and tidy, and the bathroom had hot water.

The building is very well located close to 93 street park and other places. Maria is an excellent host.

Despite the common spaces in the hotel being good, the room needed some upgrades in the construction, blackout needed repair, just for giving an example. TV only had air antenna, not smart tv where you can activate your subscriptions

It’s located within a building with security operated separately - it was a bit strange having to get a security guard to unlock the door every time I entered and left the building, although the people themselves were very friendly and polite.

Hotel is at a great location, near Parque 93. We had a room overlooking the patio between the building so it was very quiet. Hot water takes time to arrive but is ok to shower. The receptionist is one of the nicest people we met in Colombia, so friendly and full of great advices.

The furniture is a bit outdated (but functional). The shower wasn't cleaned well (but the rest of the room was clean).

The hotel is pretty nice, the rooms are very big and comfy and the staff is super friendly. Regarding the location, it’s felt always super safe and you have a lot of restaurants and some bars around parque 93 which is pretty close by. I can totally recommend!

Great location, good value for money and friendly safe. The rooms are big and well furnished, so is the bathroom

The room we had could so with some finishing/renovating. There was not enough hot water to use the bath.

I recommend this Hotel, all the staff were super kind. I had an amazing stay in Bogota. Maria is very nice for helping me with the excursion and recommendations.

All was good, nothing to say negative.
