Something that caught our attention is that it is not a modern building, it is more vintage. Our room was very comfortable, we had a nice view but our favorite part was the bar located in the lobby. My boyfriend and I went every day after arriving from the tourist walks to have a couple of cocktails, the bartender was super attentive and the atmosphere very welcoming.

One of the reasons we chose that hotel was because there was a gym and breakfast included. But the gym needs some adjustments to be used and breakfast I think it could have more options, every day was the same so they could change some days so that it is not repetitive

While I truly appreciated the excellent service from the staff, I was disappointed with the breakfast. The options were quite limited each day, and the overall quality of the food could be significantly improved. I believe enhancing the variety and freshness of the meals would greatly elevate the guest experience.

The suite was spacious and clean. Breakfasts were good, with a variety of fruit, cereals, yogurt, eggs, soups, buns, pressed meats and juices. Coffee and hot chocolate were also available. They even had breakfast cake! Staff were friendly and available when needed. The hotel was abour 300 metres from a main street with restaurants, coffee shops and tiendas. The shower was good but took some time to get hot. Overall, good value for money.

We were in room #319, right above the main entry. It could be noisy, so earplugs are a useful option to bring. The balcony was more decorative than useful. It was probably 8 ft wide but only a foot deep - too small for chairs.

Almost everything. Suite was comfy and had a lot of space, the desk area was very nice for remote work. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel style was great from outside and inside. Loved the piano at the lobby.

Lunch options at the restaurant. And the light could be a lot better in rooms and bathroom. The gym is barely something you could use; it can be improved by just buying a few adjustable dumbbells.

The hotel is located in a safe and quiet upscale residential area, close to zona Rosa (the upper class nightlife center). Suites are fairly sized and offer about everything you might need during your stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Furniture is dated, yet very well maintained.

First you need to know that the hotel was recently sold by the estelar group to GEH and downgraded from 5 to 4 stars. A lot of the reviews here have been for the 5 star Estelar. Today: No extra toilet paper and no tissues in the bathroom, no chair in the bedroom, rather poor breakfast selection. Beds are short. I am 6.3 and my feet were hanging out around 3 inches, when stretched out. If you don't expect a Ritz Carlton, at prices below 50.- dollars/ night I still highly recommend this place

Liked having a separate bedroom since living room window opened to stairs/elevator/hotel lobby and could be noisy. With door closed, bedroom very quiet. Comfortable bed, very large closet and bathroom. Note: more hotel than apartment with daily maid service. Piano music in lobby each evening, along with furniture gave a classic vibe. Good location/very safe (we walked around at night). North of the action, so if you like to go out at night, will need a cab. Couple blocks from bus stop, restaurants and grocery stores.

Not a full kitchen, it was a wet bar, although staff provided hotplate and dishes on request. They charged for breakfast but did not indicate there was a charge when we were told about the buffet breakfast. Poor water pressure in bathroom sink. Carpets in hallways not vacuumed during our 3 week stay although everything else was cleaned.

I am impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were incredibly attentive, understanding, accommodating, and kind throughout my stay. Despite being an English speaker, we both utilized different tools to ensure effective communication, such as Google Translate to bridge any language barriers. The hotel's location is simply fantastic, nestled in a beautiful residential neighborhood that exudes safety and charm. I enjoyed strolling through the area, discovering numerous restaurants, and finding myself conveniently located near various shops. Moreover, the breakfast served each morning was delightful, offering a different culinary experience daily. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel, whether you're a foreign visitor or a local. You'll undoubtedly feel deeply immersed in the local culture, thanks to the caring and attentive staff. It's an experience that earns a solid 10/10 rating in my book.

The service from all staff was pleasant. The kitchen staff were amazing, always paying attention to any request. The reception staff were as well kind and provided help when needed.

The rooms are rather too dark. The floor in the room was not well placed or bloaded due to water. The room's walls are too thin, I could hear the snoring from guests on room 4-28. The gym didn't have enough equipment, and the one available was from decades ago.

Great hotel, great facilities, great location. Wi-Fi worked well for me which was the most important thing. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was nice and varied, you can also order eggs to your liking. Room was great, cleaning was great, very happy in general. Already booked a second stay.

No real complaints except the Room description says Kitchen and there is a mini fridge but no way to heat up any food. Also the laundry service form says if you deliver your clothes before 9am you get them the same day and that was not the case.

The location of this hotel is in a quiet neirbourhood, close to restaurants and malls. You do have to take a taxi/uber to reach La Candelaria for instance. I did not expect the hotel to have such a beautiful entrance and design. Also the room, even though I did not get the one I booked, it was big enough for one person. The bed is the best part of this room, very comformtable. The brekfast is ok, has enough variety but do not expect lots of different food.

I stayed twice at this hotel, for both reservations I booked a Superior Suite but in my first stay the room they gave me was smaller because it did not have a living room, even though in the pictures you could see it should have one. They told me those rooms are upon request, however during the booking process there is no option to request that, so I assumed I would get a living room anyways since it was in the room description and photos. They also told me that the price it is the same, but to me it does not make sense to pay the same price for a room that is way bigger. I decided to accept their explanation even though I did not agree with it as the room they gave to me was missing the living room and was way smaller.
