The hotel was not in the tourist part of Bogota, it was in the business area & more aimed at business travellers. it was very comfortable and the room was large. Major road works are in progress in front of the hotel, but our room, in tower 2, faced the rear of the hotel overlooking a park & was very quiet. Everything was very clean & it was very easy getting taxis. Staff were friendly.

make sure you ask reception to quote a price for the taxi & confirm with the driver before leaving the driveway. There are fixed tariffs. A couple of drivers tried to charge double what was quoted & tried to blame it on language mistakes.

- good breakfast -staff is very friendly and helpful especially reception staff and housekeeping -location is good and safe and you have close supermarkets and restaurants - room was really big and had everything you need I would back definitely

I cant say that I didnt like but staff serving us during the breakfast are kind of not sure if I can call it acting arrogant ........They never smile to anyone all time so serious ( actually I don`t care for this ) , but do not be arrogant

Staff is cordial as always. Super clean and comfortable bed. The room has water kettle, tea bags, Nespresso coffee machine- a plus but only get two coffee pods the entire stay. It would cost extra to have extra coffee pods. Starbucks shop is right next door. Breakfast buffet style is phenomenal .

The suana is broken. Quite a disappointment. I booked this hotel because I saw a picture of a sauna. I just like to go relax in a sauna. One of my happy places .

Room was nice we had a great view. Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job! We didn't have breakfast included but we went to get breakfast once. Service was great, food was good. Location of the hotel is great; neighborhood felt safe and it's about a 10min. taxi ride to Zona T.

Shower was maybe at best lukewarm, water pressure wasn't good either. At check-out we were surprised as the amount to be paid was higher than what we had booked at booking.com. We didn't check the bill right away but when we did (the bill was sent over e-mail) we saw there were taxes we didn't know about. This is very confusing as when you book on booking.com it does say that the taxes and fees are included in the booking.

Great location. Everyone at the front desk was so helpful and kind. Room and bathroom were very clean. The bed and pillows very comfortable. Great view from our room! Can’t talk about the restaurant or gym since we didn’t use either.

The hotel needs a serious remodel. Carpet on the hall was dirty and worn. Bathroom is very dated and also the furniture. If they fix these issues it will be a fantastic hotel.

I gotta say, the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was second to none, even made me stuff that was not out in the buffet. The location was perfect. Was very easy to move around as they had taxi's out-front day & night. Will definitely be going back there on my next trip.

Room was very large and comfortable. Location was easily accessible. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options each day. They even accommodated our request for an early breakfast on the last day.

The floor we were staying in had suffered a water leak, therefore the corridor had the ceilings opened and there was a bad smell throughout. There was also a long wait (around 5-6mins) to get hot water in the shower.

Room size, Decor, proximity, staff, and BREAKFAST! Came to visit my sister and parents for Christmas, and with a full house we needed a place walking distance from her place. NH Collection WTC was perfect! 4 of us fit comfortably in the suite, which included free breakfast which was the highlight of every morning! The staff was so attentive and they have eggs to order with an American and European style buffet and this Colombian beef soup that is to die for! Loved the room it was very spacious and they rolled in an extra bed for my son. The suite has 2 full size bathrooms which is the first I've ever seen in all of my travels. The hotel is also located above an atrium with Starbucks Duncan donuts, a bunch of tasty sandwich shops, pharmacy, brewery and a couple of restaurants on the back side of the hotel...For us it was a quick 5 minute walk from my sister so we'll be repeat customers here!

No spa services, but that's a very small downside. Everything else was perfect!

Most of al the montain view every morning. The room service food were hmm delicious... The service was excellent, they had there one taxis, I recomend Esgar as taxi his van is big and he is friendly. Thank u Bogota🤗

Wel the aircondition weren't working i think, but they brought us a fan it was okey, and the tv weren't smart, but it was okey they had direct tv😁

Nice location, helpful and extremely attentive and friendly reception, decent amenities. They speak English. Dyra at the reception was particularly helpful and warm. I needed urgent help with ironing my suits and they went out of their way to help me sort things out in the last minute!

Basic things like water was limited to one bottle per night, heater had to be requested, in room dining closes at 9.30 PM, breakfast was decent - not great, very limited services at late night. The wash basin design was weirdest I have seen, with water spilling on my pants if I opened it a bit too fully.
