Something to improve: 1) The paperwork for the check-in. Too much! Is it possible to implement an online form so that guests can fill it out ahead of time to speed up the check-in process? 2) My room didn't have air conditioner despite it was mentioned in the room description. 3) I was charged extra for a razor blade despite the room description said it was free. 4) At the front-desk, I requested a taxi service and it was delayed. I asked if I could pay the ride with my credit card as part of my room charge and they said yes. However, at the end, I had to pay directly to the taxi driver.

Hotel insurance tax without mention before booking

The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a little market around the corner to buy any necessities and also restaurants if you want to try a different one from the hotel. The front desk will assist you in booking the SPA. The bell services were fantastic. We were a family of five. Two couples and a single person; therefore, a suite was booked. What I did not expect was three separate rooms that turned into a suite. This was a great idea as we could be together but also had our privacy. The rooms were immaculate and in wonderful shape.

Everything. Especially the staff - front desk staff Ms Paola, Mr Leonardo and Mr Andres were very helpful. Front Desk Manager Ms. Jineth was exceptional. Hotel has a beautiful restaurant - Cornelia. Excellent ambience and excellent break fast. Restaurant Manager Mr. Guillermo Castano was very friendly and the other restaurant staff (Chefs Mr. Isauro and Mr. Hector; Waiters: Mr. Edwin, Mr. Juan Camilo ; Waitress: Ms. Jacquelene, Ms.Laura and newly joined Ms Natalia)treated me like their own family member. I got an opportunity to meet HR manager Ms. Johanna Hincapie who was very friendly. Also so many other executives, especially the house keeping staff Ms Carolina and Ms Erika and who were very generous. Self stayed here from 26th November to 14th December 2022. IT System Manager. Andres Fernando was very helpful in sorting out any IT related issues.

Amazing cozy hotel! The staff was friendly and morning buffet was excellent! We did not see any AC controls in the room though, however, this was not a big issue since the weather was cool in Bogota.

The AC control; I didn't see this, so I could not change the room temperature. This wasn't a huge deal since the weather was cool, but its worth noting.

Everything just great!! It's very very quiet and the bed was huge and very comfortable. We slept like babies! There is a hammam and a well equipped gym I enjoyed (included in the price). There is also a restaurant offering great food and live music in the evening. The people working there are incredibly nice and thoughtful!

Small detail: the kitchen could be a little better equipment. As we ask the staff, they brought everything we needed though!

I didn't like once having breakfast I asked for some jelly I received a negative and bad actitud from one of the girls from the staff service. The good thing, the manager Guillermo take into consideration my experience and I received a better service.

The room was really nice and has decent drainage. There is a big problem in colombia with drainage, especially in Medellin the water pools at your feet, but this place was good. The room I had was great, but please get more staff for the front desk since there was only one person working it and I had to wait a long time for service and questions. They helped me with hailing a taxi, since I did not have phone service which I grateful for. This is the most stressful thing in a new country when you arrive without service, the WiFi was excellent too! I can recommend this place if you're in Bogota.

The check in time says that it is 3pm, but it took them over an hour to prepare my room which was really annoying. A nice hotel like this shouldn't have people wait for the room. I also heard 'sensual' noises for half an hour from the room next door in the early hours of the morning, which I later saw labeled as a room for the staff.

Everything was exceptional

nice clean room, good size washroom with high quality shower gel, shampoo, handwash, they also provide items like toothpaste/saving razor to buy in the washroom, 20 min walk to big Andino mall and the area felt safe even at night, decent breakfast with live cooking of omelette, good range of fruits, lovely staff at the restaurant

breakfast area is cramped, not enough water pressure in the shower, there was also a leak from the shower roof, street outside the hotel gets choked quite often due to roadworks at 50m, so I would generally get off the cab well before and walk
