The hotel is very clean and well equipped. Located in a very vibrant area with good food options around, it also host a bunch of very good restaurants in the same block. The gym might be a little lacking in terms of equipment (some weights, cardio machines, cable machine and yoga equipment), but it’s very clean and looks brand new. Also, breakfast is very tasty with very good options! Special thank you to Stefani and the other member of staff during the night shift (sorry we didn’t get your name), who took care of calling us a doctor and secured a taxi to the hospital in the middle of the night when my partner was feeling very sick. They made sure we were treated fast and efficiently, and requested updates, making sure we were fine after coming back from the hospital. Our stay was amazing (apart from the hospital!) and it’s in part thanks to EK hotel.

Maybe a bit far from downtown if you’re visiting to check the attractions here but it’s just an affordable taxi ride away!

Breakfast was delicious.. I am gluten and dairy free so it would have been nice to have a few more options, or items marked in more detail with their allergens.

The workout bench in the gym was broken and I actually fell off it while working out. Luckily the weights I was holding landed on the floor next to me and not on me. I told the front desk about it and not only wasn't it fixed right away, but there was no sign or anything put on the bench to warn people. When I left it had still not been repaired. Since your gym was very limited to begin with, not having the bench was a major disappointment.

It was our first visit to Colombia and it was a great experience. The hotel has a wonderful location. You can walk to reach the Zona T where are many restaurants and a shopping center. The breakfast is buffet type and you can find international food as well as Colombian food. The room is very clean and very comfortable. The employees service and the attention are excellent. I recommend this hotel.

We really liked our room. It was large and comfortable, which was great since we were both sick with la altura the entire time in Bogota. We really liked Liz and Javier at the restaurant. The young man who delivered endless pots of tea to our room was a treasure. I am so sorry I don’t remember his name.

There were a couple incidents of snobbery. I guess you meet insufferable people everywhere though, don’t you?

Reception Ana Maria super friendly and willing to help. Bell boys super friendly! Cool and cozy location, especially at night, good restaurants.

Breakfast was not that good and some service staff really unfriendly! Noisy at night specially if at the restaurant next to the hotel has a private party you feel in the party literally!

I loved EK Hotel! Very confortable, spacious and silent room (mine was with a view to the garden). Great location, with a lot of excellent restaurants and cafes just downstairs. An extra compliment to the hotel staff, that is not only polite, but also extremely professional in every way, including effective comunication in Booking chat. I recomend the hotel and would stay there again, for sure!

I did't like the breakfast. I took only one day and it doesn´t match with such a nice hotel. Fortunately, Semolina and Crepes and Waffles are downstairs and I went there the other days.

EK is a lovely modern hotel located in a good area of Bogota, close to shopping malls and to great restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel were all really friendly and helpful and dealt with and resolved an issue we had with no problem. Good English spoken which helped us and great restaurant recommendations including Andres DC which is an experience to be had! We had 2 x Junior Suites and the rooms were great with really comfortable beds and a lovely shower. Great design throughout the hotel.

First rooms we were allocated were on a lower floor and had awful views of a/c unit and of broken derelict roofing - we changed these to higher rooms and I would recommend that.

The variety on every day options for breakfast was incredile, very good and healthy food, Included in the night price amazing. The rooms very spacious and confortable bed, beautifull decor and amenitys with a wonderfull smell. Super clean spaces every day. Amazing location, 5 blocks away from Zona T, Andino and Retiro malls. Very good restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I can not find anything I did not like.

Great location if you want to be outside of the noise, but close (walking distance) to W area of Bogota. Very comfortable rooms, and nice restaurants in the same complex. Friendly staff will feel you at very welcomed.

Maybe a bit expensive compared to other hotels in the area

This is a beautiful property, very well located and staff is very courteous. I was able to walk to most restaurants and was easy to grab a taxi just on the street if required. They serve really good coffee for breakfast and there are enough options included to eat. But there are plenty of great breakfast places around as well just walking distance. My room had a nice mountain view and was very comfortable. I like when I don't have to ask for extra pillows and blankets as they were already available in the room. The bar within had plenty of good wines and scotch collection which I loved. Everyone was really accommodating to me as I don't speak very good Spanish. Overall a lovely stay.
