I think this is the first time that I have ever given a hotel 10/10 in every area. I have been a loyal customer to another international hotel(for work) but the reviews for that hotel in Bogota made me look further beacuse this is my vacation and I am so glad that I did. I have never been treated with such kindness as I did walking into this hotel. From the smiling faces that welcomed me after what was a bit of a stressful but short journey, the beautiful room just great in every way to the amazing staff who welcomed me to breakfast in the morning. I left breakfast with a lovely warm drink to soothe my throat and a warm embrace from one of the ladies who realised that’s what I needed. Now I’m not saying that people want to walk into a hotel for a hug but my point is, the staff saw me as a person and didn’t hesitate to extend their kindness. Oh and the food was great, the wine was great and all of the facilities.

The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. We arrived and were given a choice of drinks including wine as a welcoming gesture. They were very attentive to our needs, including how to watch a local soccer match. When we left, they hugged my daughters and said farewell to each of us. It was a level of kindness and service rarely seen in this industry.

They need to have an available source of potable water besides bottles for sale from the minibar.

Hotel is very nice, on a tree lined street overlooking a park. Very close to Zona Rosa shopping and dining, in 5 minute walk but on a quieter street with little noise. Common area is very nice. I did not use the restaurant, but was nicely kept. In room had coffee maker and water to use, as well as a stocked minibar and snacks for purchase. Bathroom was very clean and bright. Shower pressure was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Electronic shades made the room very dark and sleeping was very quiet. Area feels very safe, but there is 24 hour security at door and key cards for access to guest room floors.

As said in other reviews, the fridge in the kitchenette is very loud and makes lots of noise at night.

This is our second time in Hotel Cabrera Imperial and we still do think that this hotel offers everything a guest is looking for. Location is safe and very convenient for those who want to take a walk and get lost in the neighborhood that is surrounded by nice green trees. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Rooms make you feel like home. We had an amazing view from our window where we could see the mountains in the east where the sunshine sets every morning. Food here is phenomenal. We had ajiaco and pepper steak, lulo juice and it was great. We'd come back for sure!!

Staff could speak a little bit more of English to nonlocal visitors but they all tried to make my partner feel welcome.

Exceptional location, facing a lovely small park, close to Andino shopping complex, many restaurants, bars and cafes. Grocery a block away. Yet, quiet location I had a very generous suite facing the park, with a treed and mountain view. Excellent housekeeping services. Loved having a little kitchenette. I was there for two weeks.Very treed , lush neighborhood. Easy access to extensive bike paths.Small but well equipped roof top gym. Also I felt safe in this area called of the Zona Rosa.

I found that the internet was a little spotty.Poor TV selection for English channels,however I did enjoy Netflix.Some electrical issues in my suite. Constant buzzing / chirping of electrical switches, until I pulled out the card key completeley each night .

The hotel is in a great location—safe to walk around at night and close to tons of shops, cafes, and places to eat. The front doors even opens onto a little park across the street which is great. The rooms are very spacious and well laid out with a comfy bed. There’s a great patio past the dining area where you can have a coffee or drink in a really lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was solid as well and while I don’t usually eat at hotels, I found myself having breakfast multiple days (the tamales are quite good). Worth a special mention is Marco, one of the staff in the dining area who is a gem for this hotel. He’s personable, friendly, and makes you feel incredibly welcome and at home. Will absolutely stay at this hotel again when in Bogota.

Only a few small things. There are no readily accessible outlets near the bedside tables. Admittedly, this is a personal pet peeve of mine since I feel like hotels should really have that figured out. Additionally, the bathroom has a glass door and doesn’t close super tightly, so if you’re traveling with someone I could foresee that being a problem for people who are rather private in that regard. Again, neither of those things would disuade me from staying at the hotel again.

The hotel was much better than we expected. The room was very large and well equipped with plenty of cupboard space and surfaces on which to put your things. The bathroom was spacious with a good hot shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was even a massage chair in the room. The fridge and coffee machine were welcome additions. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choices for cold food and cooked food to order. Most of all the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Only one small matter was that the air conditioning did not seem very effective. Despite it being set for 18°C and running constantly, the room remained quite warm. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Very spacious, clean room, large comfortable bed with black out shutters. Super quiet, safe residential neighbourhood and only a few blocks to lots of restaurants and bars. Breakfast was very diverse with local and European food, all v fresh and tasty. All The staff were super attentive, couldn’t do enough for us and always with a smile. Would definitely return and highly recommend

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Perfect location with great restaurants and all you may need at walking distance. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

It doesn’t really have many amenities and a true “restaurant”, but it doesn’t really matter because with so many great options in the surroundings there is no need for it.

Great breakfast and super helpful staff. The room was luxurious with very minor defects. I didn't expect to find an electric hob and pans, which could come handy if you want to cook. Shower super hot. The location is seriously awesome, you can explore and walk during the nights and 5 mins from the hotel, after the Andino mall, there is a plethora of restaurants and shops, we couldn't decide which one to try every night. Staff booked the taxi for us every time and we called the driver when we wanted to return from the centre (need to chat in Spanish)

As most of Colombia, most of the staff doesn't seem comfortable speaking English, even if they understand it.
