The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help us. The location is really good. A safe and nice neighbourhood and close enough to the centre. Breakfast was included and also very nice. When I come back to Bogotá I will likely stay here again.

The only thing that I liked less is very personal: I never sleep well when light comes into the room. Sadly quite some light entered the room. The shower doesn't have a handheld option, which is also something I personally dislike. The lighting inside the room isn't very good. There aren't enough options. But these things are very minor.

Well designed, modern yet cozy hotel. From the moment one walks in,you are greeted by friendly staff. There are different sitting areas in the front house. All thoughtfully designed for coziness. Delightful simple decorations adore the building. There are tea and coffee as well as water in the sitting area. The location is superb, in a quiet and clean residential area, few minutes from Carulla Fresh Market. 10-20 min from many eateries. The room was very clean. Temperature was easily adjusted to personal need. We loved walk-in shower. Staff are professional, courteous. The restaurant is beautiful. Breakfast was very good. We received consistently excellent service there.

Great place to call as a home when in Bogota. The area feels super safe and is a perfect location if you want to rewind at your hotel room. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Huge rooms to be precise! Feels really luxurious for the amount you pay. There is a french restaurant in the ground floor were you eat breakfust. This is also above expectation and were a treat for us. They should advertise this more in the pictures! We are planning to come again when im bogota our next time!

When other guests talk loudly in the stairway at nights. The door is not very soundproof. Would help if you put up signs to keep voices down during night time. I think people would respect that!

Nice place, smoothly run. Friendly staff. Spacious room, very clean, good bed, neighborhood with a lot of great restaurants.

I booked the room for the patio, but the patio hardly got sun and the room therefore was somber and needed the lights on. Minibar fridge made a lot of noise, had it removed. Was not happy that the laundry service which was advertized as morning brought, evening returned was not working for 3 days, so had to leave with dirty clothes to my next destination.

Room, staff, location

1. The hotel charges for coffee in room after you use the first small batch of 2 capsules of coffee. It makes no sense as coffee should be abundant to all guests, at all times without extra fees in the country of coffee. I talked to the staff and they said it was a “corporate” decision but they will pass my feedback. I hope they change that because it is annoying for such a simple pleasure. 2. Showers are slippery. I forgot this issue as i have stay multiple times and i didn’t bring flip flops. It could be dangerous if you don’t pay attention when stepping into shower. But i love this place. Staff is awesome, nice, polite, and always willing to make you feel welcomed.

Staff at reception and night Portieres were exceptional. Very helpful and understanding.

The restaurant claims to have thousands of different wines which are available to see using a qr code. Just like the dinner menu is. Although there were a ton of staff working, service was very poor. Hardly any cocktail selection. Tipp is included without even asking you. Food was OK not bad.

This is the boutique hotel you want for a business trip. With an excellent restaurant which is part of it, you get a great space for breakfast, but also, they have a great selection of world wines, that you cannot find in other hotels. The staff is superb, and you can walk to a lot of fine dining restaurants and shopping. I'm definitely returning on my next trip to Colombia.

The room didn't have curtains, only a roller that was too transparent to a lot of light got in at night. It could have been better having a decent blackout.

Super nice staff. We arrived late and the hotel arranged an airport pickup and had someone waiting for us at arrivals. The staff are super nice and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. Made to order with lots of options. Served in a beautiful restaurant. Located within walking distance of many restaurants and a nice brewpub. Loved it.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Very cozy. The room has real wooden floors , balcony, lots of closet space and a nice desk. The location is wonderful. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast included was wonderful. Try the arepas.

The service at the restaurant could be better.

It’s a really nice located hotel, the staff is very friendly and professional, room is spacious with simple, nice decoration.

* I am not a big fan of breakfasts that you have to order. It was always delicious, but the choice is limited and it takes a while to get your food, which at least once stopped me from eating there because I could not wait; * It is common for hotels to provide at least one free bottle of water per day, but here you have to pay for it (and it is not cheap).
