Super nice staff! The location was great - a good part of Chapinero, safe and centrally located in the city. As an Uber pickup spot (which you'll use all the time) - super easy and convenient, and if you prefer to take the TransMilenio and other city buses, there are stops very very close. The bed sheets were especially comfortable - very soft! For being on the corner of a major road and just being in the city - I was surprised how quiet it was. They prepare breakfast for you (several choices), which were all delicious.

The room did get chilly overnight. (they did provide a blanket when I asked).

It’s super close to tourist zones, restaurants and other attractions. It’s in a very safe zone so I could walk to restaurants. There’s a coffee shop right around the corner and the staff is very kind. There’s a safe box where you can store your valuable possessions and a small fridge. There was no work desk at my room but some rooms have a small desktop.

Breakfast was not included, and there are few options. The room was a bit small but I didn’t mind it since I spent most of the time out.

The breakfast was excellent and very tasty. A couple more choices of Colombian dishes would have been nice, but that's secondary. The location was very convenient for exploring El Chapinero. The staff were very helpful, and patient with my Spanish. Thanks very much!

The traffic noise and sometimes vibration was a minor minus, but there isn't much they could do about that. It didn't affect my sleep, which is what matters. The Wifi was occasionally slow, but usually fine.

This was probably one of the best rooms we have had so far in the 4 month in South America. Big room, space for clothes etc. Fridge. Amazing shower. TV with English channels also, nice little bonus. And good value for money.

Noisy from the external noise and sometimes internal noise We didn't get great sleep here. The breakfast was very expensive for what it was. Had it once only, can get much better for cheaper elsewhere. 18000 cop for a very basic bowl of yogurt fruit and granola. We had our laundry done and although it was kind of our fault for not asking the price first it was very expensive, nearly double what we have paid on even the most expensive times we have had it done previously. We felt this was a rip off. Between the laundry and the breakfast it left a bad taste which was a real shame.

Close to where I was visiting. Breakfast was to order and reasonable value. Staff was attentive and responsive.

Fixtures and general condition seemed tired and worn. Rooms we were in are located outside the main building. There was occasional road noise and vibration from the main thoroughfare. Bed was noticeably hard and, although clean and well made each night, the sheets were definitely showing their age.

Breakfast was really delicious although the selection was a bit limited. There is some noise from nearby streets, but the location is very convenient for Chapinero. The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and pretty.

I think it is specifically to my room, but it was possible feel the buses passing in the avenue near the hotel, because the wall shake a little bit. Just ask to don’t stay at the room more in the right, in the first floor.

Excellent location

It was very comfortable and as was expected for the price. It's an older property and a bit creaky and quaky when a large truck went by but that added to the charm.

Breakfast was tasty, coffee was great. Room was beautiful. Staff were very helpful.

The price went up a lot for 2025.

Lovely little hotel, wonderful staff. Room very comfy, quiet and smelt lovely. Really nice freshly made breakfast. Close proximity to a shop and restaurants and bars. Easy taxi links to the city centre. Brilliant value for money.
