Beautiful colonial building, clean and comfortable rooms.

My only criticism is the Spa doesn’t have a price list at all. The services turn out to be super expensive. I think for transparency reasons the Spa prices should be printed for customers who are unfamiliar with the exchange rates rather than just being told the prices quickly. The massage was professional and excellent though.

The location is quite good, the staf is perfect, the building is great and cousy.

. The hotel could had a swimining pool (indor or open) it will improve the relaxation in a day at hotel. . Our bed was a queen, it must be a king size bed . Our bed was not in good condition, it was shaking and making noise . The price of the massage service is excessive expense, I paid COP 1.066.000,00 for a 70min relaxation massage

Beautiful property in a great part of Bogota which feels very safe and close to many great restaurants. We went to Tierre for dinner which we highly recommend. The beds were SOOO comfy - probably the best I’ve ever slept on. The gym downstairs was perfectly equipped and hardly used. It was nicely air conditioned, and with water and towels. Overal it was a amazing hotel that is a bargain for a four seasons compared to anywhere else in the world

The first night I had a room on the main road, and it was noisy, so I didn’t sleep well. But they moved me to a better room the next day and it was great.

The hotel is fantastic, beautiful inside, small to feel welcoming, the staff are super friendly the breakfast was superb, there is a nice small gym to use, the rooms are comfortable, its not in the nicest area, as in quite polluted road (but most places are in Bogota) , but a short walk from the mountain, the hotel breakfast is amazing, and as mentioned team all around are perfect. The whatsapp comms is perfect, even after you've left the hotel. Only small gripe is they threw away my wife's clothes that she accidental left in the room but I understand its hotel policy. The guide arranged by the hotel was good, but quite pricey, a local driver would probably suffice.

Beautiful building! Amazing food! The speakeasy was incredibly cool!

Only bad thing was our vanity mirror stopped lighting up and it didn’t get fixed while we were there.

Beautiful building full of character. Great restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful. All in all a nice choice for visits to Bogota.

A long way from the main city attractions.

Extremely comfortable bed. Lovely staff. Great air conditioning. Has a boutique feel.

Casa Medina is by far the best hotel in Bogota. The building is beautiful and the service is 5 star. Excellent location

No pool, but this is not that kind of hotel
