Perfect for travellers. Unbelievable value for money, great location. The breakfast is basic, that is not a complaint, just expectation management for readers. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location. Within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, libraries and stores. The rooms are large and comfortable.

The only downside is they play music a bit too loud during the day, and sometimes you can hear it from the room.

A nice hotel in a good area, without much noise at night. 10'15' minutes from the center of Bogotá by car. The breakfast for the price of the hotel was very good! Staff always friendly!!

Excellent location, near to several restaurants. The location is safe and not super busy. The room was clean.

The noise from the meeting room located inside the building could be heard from my room all day.

Clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and impeccable service from the waitresses. The receptionists are also very helpful with tourist information. Good WIFI signal

The internal rooms are quite humid, there's little air circulation, and towels and clothes always end up a bit damp.

Absolutely great money! Close location within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants and very helpful staff. The breakfast is exceptional for the price as you have the option to decide what you want.

The bed was a little bit too firm and the room at the street side is quite noisy since it is a busy street. There are constructions next to the hotel, but it's nothing that the hotel can do about.

the location is great, rooms are clean, staff was very helpful in keeping our bags while we were gone for a few days. reasonably priced as well

the hotel decoration and facilities are not very cosy, it’s honestly cold inside which does not help to feel welcome. the bed of the normal double room was extremely small, seemed almost like smaller than a 140cm? and chemical smell of cleaning products upon entering the bedroom was very very strong.

everything, the location is perfect, close to so many restaurants but still far enough away from the main street that it is quaint. the room and whole building was lovely, well decorated and super clean. access to a proper 4 floor gym was amazing. the breakfast was delicious too.

the only thing that could be improved would be that the breakfast was described as an American breakfast, however what was served every day was arepa’s and eggs. it was delicious still but it should maybe be described as a colombian breakfast just so people can expect the right thing!

The location was not only perfect for what I needed, but there plenty restaurants around for lunch. The room was clean and comfy, the staff was friendly and breakfast was nice and varied

Nice bed, good location, daily cleaning, the room has a window, 24 hour desk was great, nice location, free use of the big gym at the other side of the road, there was a good laundry service, the building has an elevator. breakfast was included. some of the people of the desk speak English. good value for the money

the shower was not great, either very warm or too cold, taking a lot of time to warm up and with little water pressure / little water. once we were 10 minutes late for breakfast because we were mistaken for the time but we were not allowed to get food even though everything was still available on the table. the breakfast contained eggs, sweet breads, juice and fruit, which is ok but was a bit boring if you stayed multiple days and missed for me the yoghurt
