The room was clean and spacious. a view on the hills of bogota if they could only clean the windows it would be lovely.

Checking was quite slow. Arriving at 8:30 in the evening and everything was closed no bar no restaurant. If you come from a long international flight this is dissapointed because it is difficult to find something in the neighbourhood on your first arrival. Reception was not that customer friendly.

The location, it was very clean and it felt safe. The staff is very attentive and helpful

- the windows are not soundproof so you can hear the street noise - the shower: it takes forever until the hot water comes - the breakfast: limited availability on some things ( fruits, bread, yogurt, deli cheese weren’t available) .. maybe because we had breakfast after a large group of dutch tourists.

Perfect location to explore Bogotá! Staff were very attentive and helpful. We loved our stay. Room was spacious and confortable, really nice decorated and very quiet at night. The view was great to understand Bogotá. Main sites such as Museo de oro o Museo Botero y Candelaria are very easy to reach. We actually walked on Sunday morning all the way from the hotel to the museums as the main road (Carrera 7) was closed to traffic and cyclists and runners took over it, best way to start our visit thanks to the location of the hotel. Breakfast was really good and staff very attentive both in the restaurant and reception. A great choice! Gracias!

I wouldn’t recommend booking the airport shuttle through the hotel. While the hotel initially quoted a price, driver wanted to charge double for safe arrival and for the airport wait time (which was less than an hour and expected due to immigration line). It is safe to use ride sharing apps and taxis as long as the price is confirmed beforehand. Room was a bit too warm and it wasn’t possible to open the window.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is located in a secured area which is in Chapinero district, a walking distance to restaurants and bars. The hotel daily rate is very affordable. It is a value for money. A walking distance also to Zona Rosa and Zona T. Highly recommended for family and solo travellers.

The toilet has no bidet. The hotel rooms have no airconditioner since the weather in Bogota is cold at night. Upon check-out, the hotel staff has added on my bill the 19% tax which I was not informed.earlier about it. However, it can be refunded at the airport (DIAN), but I was not able to do it due to long queue and tedious requirements.

The staff is very friendly and speaks English (which is not too often around the place). The room was cozy, quite modern I would say, there is enough natural light due to big window facing the street. The location feels safe, there is big grocery shop just few minutes away. The city center is around 5km away but the neighborhood of hotel is much safer than city center and you can always take an uber to get there, it's cheap in Bogota. The breakfast is great it offers options for both - healthy and sweet breakfast and many options to choose in each of those two categories. Food is delicious.

There is nothing much to share, we encountered absolutely no issues.

Location is good to get Uber fast on the 7th avenue. Reception can organize taxi/private-pickup for transportation or airport, I personally used Uber. Staff is very friendly, speaks fluent English. Bed was nicely made, after using more warm blanket one day, next day they included it into how bed was re-made and designed. Hotel is closing their main door at night for safety. Hotel offers to host additional guest for only 50000cop/10eur extra per night.

There was some plastic floating in the toilet when arriving, raises question if it was cleaned after previous guests left. Minibar is empty, just an empty little fridge, for me it was not an issue, but if you plan to use minibar, then you should consider this. Completely overpriced breakfast for about 8eur per day. Tried it only one day. For this price you can eat lunch in a restaurant, or 8 hot dogs or burgers as street food. There is very little storage space in closet/drawers. Always felt confused about where to turn on/off lights since order of switches was kind of randomly placed. Last night card to open doors stopped working, but reception solved it in 2 minutes.

Good soundproofing despite the busy street. Quiet and clean. Very good breakfast.

Difficult to get a hot shower (Bogotá was saving on water at the time so might have been linked). I asked for the sauna once but it hadn't be turned on at the agreed time. The waffles were absolutely amazing....so they were difficult to get!!

I didn´t take advantage of breakfast, but there were a few places within one or two blocks. Also, I have to mention this - the elevator was the best I´ve ever seen, a Mitsubishi 8 person, that responded instantly to button selection. A small item but I was alway impressed with how well it worked. And it was really the same for everything else in the place, including the wifi. When I arrived a few hours early for check-in they let me in the room as soon as it was available, before the stated check-in time.

Can´t think of anything. I had a neighbor who whistled loudly and was tone deaf. I played a recording for the guy at the desk and he shook his head and said they would get me another room asap. I asked if he was continuing his stay and since he was gone the next day it really didn´t matter. But was impressed that the hotel was so really to accommodate me during my stay.

As most hotels in Bogota, there was no A/C. Opening the window for airflow was fine but heavy street noise was quite annoying. TV had a connection problem, constant flickering and it would take some fine tuning on my part to get it functional, since it was late at night and I was in bed decided not to call for assistance.
