Very stylish, modern, super clean and very comfortable place to stay. Bed and especially the pillow was super comfortable! The room has a very nice design, very spacious. Shower very nice with hot water. There is a buffet breakfast, there are not many options but it was perfect! I only spent one night but felt extremely comfortable and would have loved to stay longer!

This is not the best location within Chapinero. Arrived at night and streets were super empty which looked a bit alarming but it is not dangerous , but during the day it is totally ok.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The room was very quiet and spotlessly clean.

We were leaving at 2.30am to catch a flight, and although I had told the person on reception the night before and they had assured me that there would be someone to let us out, there was no one around and I had to work out how to let ourselves out (not easy!). The neighbourhood is quite busy and noisy - great if you want to party, but less pleasant for families.

Everything!! The facilities are great, the location is super handy and safe, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast delicious, and the staff are amazing!! Special shout-outs go to Antonio for the delicious breakfasts, Luis for his can-do approach, and to my favorite, Andrea, who is a really valuable asset to the hotel, a lot of knowledge, and has a fantastic attitude towards helping, facilitating and making guests feel Comfortable. Kudos to all.

The accommodations are comfortable and offer great value, with a good breakfast. It's clear that they take pride in their meticulous cleaning and the tasteful decorations throughout the spaces. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The internet was hard to connect to, but the front desk helped us. Also, they only provide bath towels, no face or hand towels. Although it wasn't a big deal, we didn't ask for them. Keep in mind the staff is so friendly that I have no doubt that they will help you the best they can if you have any doubts.

The place itself was well decorated, a mix between new wave and kitsch. The room (the one we stayed after the first night) had a nice environment. Staff was nice, especially the front desk girl that solved our wrong room assignment.

Breakfast was a bit poor and, for the first time in my life, water was not included. They assigned us the wrong room on checking in (we paid for a 24m2 and got a 16 or 17m2). After complaining on the day after, they recognised the mistake and got us what we paid for. It was also hard to get an invoice, but after some insistence finally they sent it.

The staff, restaurant, and common areas were fantastic! The room was so beautiful and comfortable, that I was blown away! That is a hotel I will be back to without any doubt. The soundproofing was so good that I left the window open. I liked going to Hippy Park everyday, and we drank at La Fabrika with had the frog mouth game.

The area tends to have many people who are closed off and set in their ways. The bars in the the area were "all inclusive" or for college kids, which made meeting people a little more difficult than in other areas I have visited. But still, a fantastic place to stay!

It was in a great location, great value and the rooms were very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. it was a very nice experience. It was a nice hotel, clean, safe with friendly staff.

The rooms were hot. Unfortunately the roof did not have air condition or fans. In my case, I could not sleep at night of hot it was.

Modern design and spacious. Additional security on the room door. Coffee, water and juice offered at the reception at any time.

My window was facing courtyard. It didn't open full so it was hard to ventilate the room. The bathroom fan was very loud. The bathroom is separate by a glass wall and curtains from the rest of the room, I stayed in the room alone but it could be an issue for some.

The team was really great. The hotel is very chic and the location is great. I can really recommend it. However, if you're expecting a luxury hotel, it's not. But the atmosphere is great. Only the coffee in the morning could be better. Just invest in a good coffee machine to enjoy the great Colombian coffee.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful; front desk, maids, restaurant staff. Our room was very modern and comfortable. The room was small, but not at all cramped . We found the courtyard very relaxing and a good place to read, relax or do computer work. Within walking distance of the hotel we found an excellent laundromat, great barber shop and several stores, big and small, that had all that we needed. There was also a wide variety of casual dining restaurants close by. We ate several meals in the attached Maymar taquarilla which we really enjoyed, as well as a delicious daily breakfast.

Having just stayed in the Candelaria area we found the Chapinero neighborhood more gritty than La Candelaria. We did not, however, feel unsafe during any of our excursions into the surrounding area.
