We enjoyed six nights at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. This is a beautiful, modern boutique property on a quiet tree-lined street near many restaurants and shops. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the area was quiet allowing a good sleep. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast and found the quality and variety was very good. We also enjoyed dinner at both restaurants and felt they were as good and better than dinner at other neighbourhood restaurants. We loved the emphasis on Colombian ingredients and dishes. If you can't stay here I highly recommend going there to eat even just for the appetizers/salads. Special shout out to Luisa with her beautiful smile and gracious manner with our poor Spanish. Her service at breakfast and dinner certainly lit up our experience at this hotel.

Nothing. Tip: If you have a morning tour planned give yourself lots of time for breakfast as chances are many others will be planning to eat at the same time to leave for their tours.

Coco hotel is a cute boutique hotel in a lively area of Bogotá with lots of options around. It's my second time there and always enjoy the comfort and quality of the room. The quality is in the details. It just smell very nice!

Compared to the last time, breakfast was good but disappointing. From the variety of a luxurious breakfast buffet to a short section of options with limited flexibility and no coffee refill... I stayed for a week and the hotel offered 2 one serving coffee packs in the room with no daily refill... one would think that coffee in Colombia would be a reasonable free perk for clients...

Very nice hotel in all aspects: great location, staff very friendly and profession, 2 awesome restaurants that please even the most sophisticated tastes, great music in the shared amenities, youth and refreshing feel, great room size and lighting, very comfortable bed and chair, VERY CLEAN, great shower.

The things I’ll put here didn’t had significant impact on my stay, so it’s more like suggestions for the hotel to improve some details: - Duvet could be more comfortable as it was cold in Bogota - Noise from the street can be heard if you’re staying in a bedroom fronting it (I used ear plugs so was fine) - There was an issue with my bathroom door, it wouldn’t open after I closed; luckily it was solved quickly by the staff - There’s no internal phone to speak to the reception (they would provide at least a WhatsApp number, or maybe there is and I didn’t know) - There’s no hygienic shower and this was for sure the only real problem with the room/toilet - Shampoo would not produce foam, they should change it for a better one

Hotel Coco is located in an excellent neighborhood, close to many restaurants and other points of interest. The staff are friendly, making it easy to check in and out of the hotel. The rooms are small, but comfortable, with stable water despite the city´s water rationing.

The food options in the hotel are managed by a third party, so a buffet is on longer on offer. That said, the food and service are still tasty. I also wish complementary coffee was offered for the entire stay rather than just two bags offered on day 1.

Beautiful tasteful hotel with comfy beds and lovely warm friendly staff. There was a nice room downstairs which you could use as a lounge or for co-working space when it was free. There was a bar on the top floor with great views as well as the nice bar- restaurant downstairs. Great choice of restaurants within about 100 metres. Best food of all was Salvo Patria, a Colombian a 5 min cab ride away.

No desk in the room to work at, no kettle in the room to make tea. Despite these important drawbacks, I still loved the hotel and extended my stay!

Very nice and modern hotel located on a quiet street. Sound isolation was decent, some noise from the hall could be heard but it was minimal as there are not so many rooms on each of the floors. Shower was very nice - good pressure and easily adjusted. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and included in the price. Lots of fruit options. The area felt very safe as well with lots of good restaurants and shops nearby.

We could not find hairdryer in our room (but we also did not ask for it at the reception, so it might be provided upon request - better to get in touch with the hotel reception earlier to confirm this).

The breakfast in the hotel was a lavish spread. Very nice view from the breakfast area on the roof top. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Lilly (the main server of breakfast) went out of her way to make us comfortable and feel special. The breakfast was really really good. Adriana in the reception speaks good English and very helpful with local tours if requested by the guests. Felipe, who picked us up from the airport and took us to Villa de Leyva is a great guy and extremely helpful. He was a great company as well. Very safe driver and extremely accommodating to the guest's needs. Could not have asked for anyone better. The hotel does pick up the guests from the airport and drop off at an additional cost. The location of the hotel is very convenient and in the heart of Chapinero Norte and less than 5 mins walk from the restaurants and bars. Cafes galore in the neighborhood and plenty of cuisine options. It's a very vibrant and safe neighborhood. We hung out till late night in the neighborhood to soak in the vibes. Cool tapas bars around. I will definitely come back to Bogota and stay in this hotel.

The hotel could have had a pool for the guests. They only had pool with premium/special rooms which were only accessible to the guests in those rooms (private pool).

The breakfast offered at Hotel Coco was simply delicious! With a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruits, pastries, and made-to-order omelets, I started each day feeling energized and satisfied. The location of Hotel Coco couldn't have been more perfect. Situated in the heart of the city in Chapinero, I was within walking distance of numerous restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore and experience everything the area had to offer.

The only small improvement I could suggest would be to upgrade the mattress for even more restful nights. However, this minor detail didn't detract from the overall wonderful experience at Hotel Coco.

What to start with? Everything at Coco Hotel was beyond our expectations. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it a lot. The staff is amazing, friendly and very professional, from the reception downstairs with Laura to the rooftop. Breakfast buffet was delicious offering all kind of healthy fruits Colombia has and a variety of salty/sweet delicacies. We appreciated very much the dedication and smile of Lili who brought us eggs and coffee every morning. The location is perfect, in a safe neighborhood and nearby very good restaurants. You feel at home in the building and in the room. The room is equipped of everything you need and if not, you can ask for it easily. The bed mattress was very comfortable. Hotel Coco is at the very top of our list when back to Bogota!

Sometimes a bit noisy: you can hear your neighbors opening /closing their room door

Awesome location in a trendy neighborhood of Bogota with plenty of food options. The coffee shop across the street was our favorite even after a coffee tour across Bogota. Also the breakfast at the hotel rooftop was one of my favorite hotel breakfasts I’ve had so far - the selection of tropical fruits rivals any fruit market in town and the views are spectacular. The staff were friendly and gave us good tips for where to go and how to get there.

Rooms are on the smaller side and bed was a bit firmer than my preference, but nothing a thicker mattress cover wouldn’t fix
