The breakfast was outstanding. The hotel clerks were very friendly and easy to deal with. Also, they were very helpful on some questions and issues.

Room 208. I went back to Richmond Suites and stayed in Room 208 for one night before my return trip. The bed in the room was terrible. Every time my wife or myself moved on the bed, it would creak terribly to the point we would wake up. It got to be so bad, that we got out of the bed. I remember my wife slumped over in a chair and myself sleeping on a small sofa. Such situation took place at around 2;30 AM, not precisely a good time to go downstairs to ask for another room.

My experience at Richmond Suite Hotel on Calle 93 in Bogotá was quite positive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff members who made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel on Calle 93 was a real highlight. It's a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and a nice park within walking distance. This made exploring the neighborhood (zona T) and trying out local cuisine incredibly convenient. Upon entering my room, I was pleased to find a clean and well-maintained space. The international breakfast buffet offered a nice selection as well! Throughout my stay, the hotel staff remained attentive and ready to assist with any inquiries I had. From recommendations for local attractions to helping with transportation arrangements, their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile were greatly appreciated. The only minor downside I encountered was that I had to pay an extra for an early check-in, but it was fine. In conclusion, my stay at the Richmond Suite hotel on Calle 93 in Bogotá was a delightful experience. The combination of its safe location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff made for a memorable visit. Recommended!

I stayed one night at this place, after an upgrade offer in Booking. I got a huge, king sized room, with a big bathroom, small kitchenette (didn't use it though) and even a treadmill. Bed was huge and comfy, the WiFi worked fine and shower was very enjoyable. Friendly staff, they stored my luggage after check-out. The local area is quite secure.

The breakfast was buffet style but not so varied. Fitted carpet in the room (but that's more for health reasons).

The value for this location was amazing! Staff was extremely receptive and accommodating.

There was no kitchen utensils or cookware.
