Great breakfast and delicious room service menu. Super comfortable beds and extra pillows Staff were amazing, super nice and really helpful. When we arrived they notify us about some construction they were doing so we could understand about the noise… but they were really respectful even with this, noises wouldn’t star until 9 am so we could sleep peacefully. Everything was amazing about this stay.

We actually stayed in a family room, 2 bedroom, 3 beds, 2 bathroom. The main bathroom was good, but the secondary shower was kinda little, and was really difficult to take a shower without spilling water everywhere, maybe just a change in the shower curtains could help.

This is a good standard hotel. The rooms are comfortable with a big bed and the bathroom is nice and big. The breakfast is nice with lots of options and the spa area on the roof is a nice place to spend a few relaxing hours. The gym is a nice touch too although slightly dated. The location is good and safely walkable to Parc 93 which is a fancy area with bars and restaurants and very close to Zona t another bar and food area. It takes around 30 minutes in an uber to the Candelaria district, the main central area, and so it felt fairly central. Would totally recommend.

All in all this is a very good hotel with very little to complain about. There was a group of school children staying there when I was there who were quite loud but other than that it's a good place to stay,

Very nice hotel with an above average gym and good breakfast. The beds are super comfortable, sheets and everything is clean.

They have a rather unusual rule to wear a swim cap for the pool which is ok but you must buy it. I think if they want to have such rule then a swim cap should be provided to guests free of charge. Location is nice but it can be tricky driving to other areas of the city because the traffic is so bad in Bogota. Even short rides can take an hour easily.. Lastly: don't use drivers provided by the hotel if you are not a native Spanish speaker. Dropped us off at international departures while we said multiple times we are flying domestic to Medellin. Zero English and will not understand or like non- native Spanish so no communication possible with driver.

We loved the space in the big rooms, we were coming and going around Colombia and Peru and did a lot of 're-packing' so this extra space was wonderful. One of the few hotels where all 3 our children could have enough space in one room. They were happy to store all the luggage we didn't take on various trips around the rest of Colombia and Peru with us, which was very helpful. The gym is great, the breakfast is stunning and the location is excellent.

We would've like to do an early morning swim, but the pool wasn't open till later.

The Pool, Sauna, I exceeded all my expectations, The hotel's amenities, including the Spa were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the Spa. The breakfast with a variety of options, the room service was overall. When I arrived the staff was welcoming and attentive ensuring a smooth check-in process. the room was impeccably clean. the bed was comfortable, Overall my experience In this hotel was outstanding, and I would highly it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

Just a suggestion for breakfast : some more variety in natural and green juices.

We enjoyed a four-night stay. Breakfasts were good, the room was large, quiet and comfortable, and the gym and pool areas were both good. There are lots of good restaurants nearby around Parque 93. It is a 30-60 minute commute to the centre but it felt like the hotel was in a safe area.

Reception staff could have been more welcoming! After a long journey, a smile, eye contact and some information would have been helpful. No one else was checking in at the same time but the check-in process felt perfunctory and rushed.

The hotel staff are very accommodating and professional. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are pretty huge and cool located on the rooftop. The bar on the 7th floor has terrace with an amazing view of the mountain. The room is elegant, spacious and bed is gigantic. Breakfast is superb, it has a lot of options, different types of fruits to choose from. Casa Dann is definitely so far, my favorite in Bogota and recommendable!! Definitely staying there again.

Just a slight noise the 402 room's personal ref made while we were sleeping but can be fixed.

The location was very nice, the bed was big and confortable, the spa area was nice and the breakfast was good.

- some employees would knock at my door agressively in the morning to check the mini bar while i was sleeping - some of the waiters at the restaurant were kind of not paying attention at the requests…at least they were polite But none of these truly bothered me much It is room for improvement however!

I wish the coffee shop would have been open every day but maybe it coincided with a holiday and that's why it was closed. The facilities are great and the room service too. The beds are good and the showers run nice and hot even on the 7th floor. Breakfast is great! A few lights in my room did not work but it okay. I enjoyed the massages but it was disappointing that the hot tub was not working. The food is excellent!

Buffet breakfast was exceptional, particularly like that they have non-sweetened healthy juice daily and plenty of fresh fruits. Can order eggs cooked to order. Staff are super friendly. Hotel has this old world classic charm. Very spacious room. Plenty of hot water and shower was great.

They charged me 13,000 pesos for drinking a bottle of water. There was no indication that was a charge. Told me that only the little bottle in the bathroom is free.
