The location is very quiet. No issues with noise whatsoever. The room was cleaned every day. They are committed to reducing their carbon footprint, always a nice thing. I really want to emphasize how amazing the staff was. Courteous absolutely, helpful always. I had an issue and asked for their help, and I literally had four people making calls, using their own phones to resolve this for about 20 minutes. So appreciative of their assistance. There are plenty of good food places nearby. I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel with top-quality rooms and outstanding service. The receptionists were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to extend our visit. Our premium double bedroom on the top floor with a mountain view was fantastic. The breakfast was really delicious, featuring a wide selection of fresh food and fruit. The restaurant is also high quality, although a bit pricey. Highly recommend!

The only minor downside is that the hotel is located in a business district, so you’ll need to drive to reach most attractions or activities. However, the area is very safe, and this was not an issue for us.

The staff are super efficient and professional. I’ve stayed for 7 days. The hotel is very comfortable, beautiful premium rooms, excellent breakfast included, has a cute terrace at the main floor, and the whole hotel is extremely clean. It has a boutique hotel vibe because it is small but the service of a big hotel.

The only thing is that the tvs in the room aren’t smart tv but they said they are changing them soon…

The hotel was very nice and peaceful, our room was very big and clean. The location was fine. The food was amazing. I love the fact that if you stay more than 2 nights and you request to “please do not clean my room”, they give you a voucher for a free non-alcoholic beverage (water, juice,etc). I love the fact that we needed to leave early (we had an emergency) they didn’t charge us for the day we didn’t used, it was extremely nice of them, that was amazing.

The only we didn’t like (is not the hotel’s fault) is most things like restaurants, shops, etc. were at least a 10 minute walk. But I think is just how Bogota is design.

I think it was a really good start to my adventure trip in Colombia. The hotel was in a good location, and the room was very much spacious with good facilities and a nice view out the window. Staff were fairly helpful, I don't have any significant complaints to place on them. The area was safe, overall a good experience. Perhaps a bit pricey for their overall service and room, but not to the high extent that I'm left disappointed at the end.

Staff could have been more supportive with transportation and guidance around the area. The feel/vibe wasn't the greatest, but overall, I'm happy.

Breakfast staff pushed me to give them tips and push me to sign some checks (although breakfast was included). Their gym is super basic just treadmill and some weights!!!!

Spacious room, very quiet and clean. Front desk staff was friendly. All common amenities are available and the bed was comfortable.

While the shower was great (large and good pressure and temperature) it was a rain shower without a separate hand held shower head, which I prefer. The layout of the open bathroom right next to the bed offers no privacy if you’re more than one person in the room and when someone uses the toilet in the middle of the night the light shines very brightly into the room because the toilet walls are made of opaque glass.

As a solo backpacker, my top priority is safety. I spent a week in this area and loved it - it's a very nice and secure business district. Although I'm not a morning person and didn't have breakfast, I did take a look at the breakfast buffet, which had a vast selection and was decorated in a cute heart theme for Valentine's Day. The lobby had treats and infused water available for guests every day, which was a nice touch. The restaurants were clean and beautiful, and I enjoyed a good dinner there. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's easy to get around by foot, bus, or Uber, and I would stay here again in the future. The staff was friendly and sweet, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful The room is beautiful and spacious, easy conexión to the airport 30min by Uber and 30 to the old city center/Montserrat, breakfast with lots of options and they change it every day, probably one of the best NH collection I've stayed

A/C was bit noisy and we had to switch it off most of the time to sleep

the location is awesome! the room was well lit, and with huge windows!

the toilet was too close to the bed, so even if you know your partner well, privacy is needed. Either change the position of the bed or add additional door for the bathroom. Everything bathroom related is separated. next to the bed you will find an open sink, the shower cubicle on the left of it and the WC on the right. So, everyone is close to you if you are doing number 2 and they can clearly hear everything.
