The staff was very kind and attentive to all of our needs during our stay. My son turned 7 while we were there and the staff went above and beyond for him, they sang happy birthday and brought him a balloon and a card and even an ice cream sundae. The breakfast was excellent, and the servers remembered our orders each day and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of during our stay. They remembered our names. The bed was comfortable and I really liked that they had different types of pillows. The entrance is attended at all times, you enter in the back of the hotel after 5 pm and they make sure to check you are a guest. The cleaning staff is impeccable and our room was left immaculate at each service. There is a carrulla around the corner so you can buy snacks and water before head out. There is a salon out of the back entrance and they did an amazing job on my hair, I did a deep conditioning treatment and blowout. There is also a small playground out the back entrance and a small community park at the end of the block.

The only drawback I can see is that there is a lot of construction going on nearby. You have to take a taxi for most places. Also, the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. After long travel I specifically booked a place that had a jacuzzi. You have to pay extra to use it, but it was not open during our stay. First the spa told us it was due to water rationing, but later the reception said it was out of service. I would definite stay here again, but I would confirm the use of the jacuzzi.

Impeccable service and room, it was bigger than I had ever imagined, several years ago I used to work in another hotel in the area and always dreamt about staying here and it was lot better than I expected. The bathtub was comfortable enough, great spa service, came back brand new! We loved the breakfast, great variety and high bread quality!! Would go back in another romantic getaway! Thank you HBP staff!!

The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was hot with nice water pressure. And the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel is expensive, which is fine, but they don’t provide you with drinking water unless you purchase it. Everyone should at least be provided with a bottle of water in the room. And a coffee maker would be nice as well, as the breakfast ends at 10 and the bar/cafe doesn’t open until 2:30. So if you want a cup of coffee you have to order room service which is silly. The hotel is 25-30 from the airport with no traffic. And there’s almost always traffic in Bogota.

Excellent staff all over , especially in the restaurant. They provided me with ice everyday because I recently had a knee replacement. The food was excellent and well priced. The free was incredible. Great stay . Great staff . The only drawback was no ice machines on the floors but the restaurant staff provided me with ice every day or night . Their hospitality made up that . Great .

Front desk lady told my wife we did not have a reservation from booking and she was with the baby and did not allow her to check in, and once i got there she was able to find the reservation and it was like she did not want my wife to check in.

A waterboiler in the room would be great, the sauna was not really hot and the water to cool down not really cold. Spa could use a bit more love. But overall great hotel to stay in Bogotá. Not very close to the centre and attractions

Location is great. Very safe. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing. Had dinner there a couple of times. Breakfast was very diverse also.

The staff are the best thing about the hotel, they are professional, accommodating, and friendly. The breakfast is always varied and delicious. Steam room and Sauna are a nice addition too.

Breakfast was so-so compared to another equally rated hotel we stayed at in Bogota. There was a charge for specialty coffees at breakfast, no charge at the other hotel. Very disappointed in the spa, nothing like the pics on the site.
