Was neat and clean. Manuel the doorman was very nice and very attentive and room cleaning service was also very nice and attentive.

The restaurant had very poor customer service poor choice of breakfast.Reception staff needs to learn more about customer service. For example if someone would drop off something I had bought and paid for the young lady at front desk would call my room and ask if I paid for it. This happened in a few occasions I believe the was very disrespectful since it should not be any of her business what’s going on between me as a guest and the business person that was there to deliver something for me. To me that was very noisy since she did it a few times.

They need to purchase new towels. Those towels are extremely old, very thin and feels like sand paper. We asked for extra towels the we were told they don't have any more. Also, the sink does not have a drain but a hole and looks very bad and dirty. The rest was really good.

Location, architecture, room design.

They didn't have European power outlets in room nor USB slots, also shampoo was given only when I asked for it on reception. They don't have a single European power outlet in whole hotel. If they had it I would give em 10!

clean and comfy room in a great, quiet location. staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is quite decent.

wifi in the common areas is very strong but in the rooms it slows down considerably. there's a small table in the room but a small desk would make it easier to work if needed.

Staff was excellent: Katarin, Don Jose, and Don Manuel were super helpful. Also have to mention bulldog mascot of the hotel, Tokio! Cute dog. Great location in Usaquen, safe and upscale. Close to Carulla market, vegan cafe, Betaclimb rock-climbing gym, and Transmilenio. We will absolutely return here at the close of our vacation through Colombia.

Another curtain in the living room would be welcome to block out that early morning sun. Laundry on premises a bit steep, but self laundry down the road.

Room comfortale and spacious. Able to open wndows for air. Relativey quiet street

rooms not soundprofed well. partiers woke us up at 3:00 in morning from next room. no restaurants/stores in immediate area.

The staff is great! Always willing to help. Location is great, as well. Wifi worked perfectly well. The rooms are exactly the same as in the pics. I'll be back

My first apartaestudio was not very clean. Maybe it had been cleaned a long time ago and not used. The hair dryer didn't work, there was no pottery or cutlery, the floor and furniture was dusty. Of course the staff helped me at once with these issues. Breakfast is very basic, but it's ok

I stayed almost half month. The hotel is really good. The location is very good and it staff are also very friendly.

I was given a very spacious suite for the price of a standard room which was very pleasant.

The rooms are getting a bit old and some of the fittings are a little bit tatty. However, for the price the rooms are excellent.
