Very nice staff. Helpful even though most of the time we were totally clueless and speaking only very basic spanish. Nice, clean, comfy room. Good breakfast. Nice, calm neighborhood, supermarket is near with ATM in a shopping center just 5 minutes away.

Water temperatures were varying between ice cold and burning hot. It's a bit far from city center, but taxi worked just fine.

Very clean and modern hotel. They cleaned the room every day with fresh towels, sheets and soaps. The shower is absolutely fantastic, a luxurious rain shower where the water comes from all sides. The location is good, but the price for the quality you get is simply fantastic. Fully recommend this hotel.

I missed a bottle of water or some small suppliers. Also, the hotel is quite noisy. My room was in the back so the noises from the street were reduced, but inside I could hear everything.

Comfortable, big bed, clean room and bathroom Good-sized balcony. Fairly quiet considering it's location next to a main road. Safe neighbourhood Hot breakfast Half the staff were smiley and welcoming.

It would have been nice to have a few more options at breakfast, such as fresh fruit and cereal. Half the staff never smiled and seemed annoyed by us.

Room is not big while value for money it's appropiated. I recommend this hotel for short stays or stopovers. This hotel is quite close to my company office.

V clean, bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had, staff were brilliant and very friendly. Breakfast is fine for the amount you pay. WiFi was strong enough to have Teams meetings. Shower was great. Cable tv means you get all the movie and sports channels. Is in a good, secure area.

The image on the ad is definitely photoshopped the windows are all frosted so no natural light. Fine if you just want to sleep there but can make for a slightly dark stay if you wanted to sit in your room and relax

This is a perfect place for those who travel lightly and want cleanliness and comfort. Perfectly located, walking distance from near by mall, easy access to public transportation. Tasty breakfast and very kind staff.

Internet connexion can be better

Rooms were nice, clean, roomy. Staff were helpful. It’s a small hotel in a nice area. Great for a stay in Bogota. Complimentary coffee at the front desk.

There is only one parking stall for the entire hotel. It was fine for us because we were the only car there at the time. We paid for breakfast in the morning, but was very very basic and bland for a paid breakfast. Worse than I would expect for a free breakfast. Go to a restaurant for breakfast.

Everything was simple and easy. Very kind staff. Very good place for the price.

Noisy. The rooms are not too good if sleeping well at night is important for you.
