The staff is super welcoming, professional and attentive, specially Yennifer and the restaurant, and the maids that clean the rooms

One night I asked at the restaurant for a Peruvian Ceviche, which tasted very good and it is a dish I consume regularly, but this one made me sick afterwards for two days. It i always risky asking for fresh fish in a city away from the coast, I guess.

We stayed four nights at the hotel. In addition, I hosted a luncheon for nearly thirty guests on a Friday. Our guests were very happy with the location of the hotel, the excellent quality of the food and service, and the comfortable dining and meeting spaces. Kudos to Mr. John Camargo and his staff for his attention to small but important details. I thanked him and the staff individually.

First of all , the location. Very convenient Comfortable rooms , very friendly and efficient staff Breakfast were excellent as well

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning and the windows in the room couldn’t be opened throughly.Nevertheless , I asked for a another room an we got a room with a small balcony , where we could slide the doors That was great !

Super convenient, super amicable staff and great value for price.

The crib they offer is not a crib, it’s a playpen and definitely not suitable for babies under 1 year old. Mattress was way too soft so both my husband and I had back pain every morning.

I was in Bogota for little bit less than a week for a business affairs and my stay was perfect. The breakfast was amazing. Staffs were very kind. The area felt very secure and safe, even at night. One of the best hotel for the price. I did not expect the service I receive for the price I paid.

Extremely good value. Cozy property in a safe & calm area, but close enough to other parts of the city. Room was very large + comfortable. Staff are kind and helpful.

The fitness center was disappointing.

The dining service would be better lunch and dinner are good but the breakfast service is not so good it takes to much time to serve and if you ask for something they do not have it.

The room was perfect for us. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety, beautiful presentation. The reception team was very kind to keep our luggage, while we travelled to another city, with no issue. I would definitely come back.

a universal weight machine would be nice in the gym and maybe a treadmill installed also

The hotel is clean, organized, and well located. The breakfast is generous and diverse. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable, and has a working safe. The bed linens were very clean.

-We had an issue when checking in. We arrived way past the check-in time (4.30pm local) and our room wasn't ready. Staff explained that the previous guests had stayed longer than expected and that was the reason why there was delay in gettin the room ready. This is unacceptable. -We had instructed the maids that we didn't need our room to be cleaned. They disregarded pur request and came in anyways. They took the used towels and didnt replace them with clean ones. When we contacted the front desk to bring us new towels, they simply didn't come and we had to go to the lobby and request them personally.
