We stayed in a suite with a terrace, which was so wonderful to be able to sit outside. Big glass doors in both the living room and bedroom, so lots of light. The breakfast was super! Lots of fresh fruit, eggs made to order, and the staff were marvelous! Super respectful, friendly, and fast!! The whole hotel was so clean, our suite immaculate. Felt like I was on a cruise minus the water. The location is great because it's on a service road of a major highway along with the trans milenio public transport, so getting around is super easy. Easy to walk around there, very modern walkways with some local small restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend their hotel for the accommodations and service, and the price was very reasonable. Bonus!! They have an elevator!! Important for us seniors.

Nothing I didn't like, it all was wonderful

We recently stayed at Lancaster House, and it was a delightful experience. The property is well-maintained, with a charming blend of modern and classic design elements. One of the standout features is the glass lift, which adds a touch of elegance accessible via hotel lobby. Our room was spacious and beautifully designed with wooden floors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The size of the room was impressive, offering plenty of space for us to relax and unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Lancaster House for its comfort and style.

Although some noise from the traffic could be heard, it wasn't overly disruptive, and a quick solution was using earplugs, which worked perfectly. Once settled, the peaceful ambiance of the hotel made for a restful and comfortable stay.

It's a very good location. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staffs was friendly, helpful and professional. Specially Robison, Jessica, katherine, Vladimir & Alejandro. Superb house keeping team.

The deco is a bit outdated.

This hotel was very well staffed, clean, and very secure. The rooms are huge and equipped with a kitchen, space to hand wash clothing, and a full bathroom with a large tub and hot water. The breakfast buffet was especially delicious, with an à la carte omelette station! We also enjoyed the bar. The location is easy for Ubers to access.

We did have to Uber everywhere, but that is to be expected in Bogotá. The jacuzzi use is not free; it is paid.

Great location along autopista Norte for access to anywhere in Bogota. Breakfast served each morning was great. Nice stay overall. Would possibly stay again.

While we had many great experiences with staff, there were many that seemed too occupied to care for the customers (that is a nice way of saying it).

The elevators are old fashion, there are only 2 and I did not feel safe to get into. One day one of them was out of service, they are very small , I rather to take the staircases (more safe). Breakfast area kind of cold, the roof has an opened space above and I was very very chilly; .. plus the weather was cold and breezy that morning. breakfast ok, (traditional) .

Breakfast could be better ! the bread was old and steal, the empanadas you can tell they have been been there for a long time they where chewy and hard on the edges, the Lulo juice tasted like water

The breakfast was included and had many delicious options to choose from every day and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. On two occasions I had guests for breakfast who were very pleased with the menu and the service. The suite was very comfortable with enough space to accommodate my niece and nephew who came to visit one night. I also liked that it has three spaces: a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. The location was a plus, near to many places of interest. I liked it so much that I have stayed there on two different occasions.

I loved the room space and the cleanliness. It is a very nice neighborhood with local stores to shop and nice restaurants. The SPA have therapies and massages with a good cost and the GYM are very useful.

The restaurant food isn't good... breakfasts doesn't have bacon for eggs and the buffet have little variety. I had dinner at the hotel twice, the first time I ordered for a Carbonara's fettucine and they used ham instead of bacon and I tried a regional Peruvian dish that was good, but the rice was not cooked well.

The breakfast is simple but is good for the price, The Room is nice but don't have Air conditioning is super hot, The Location is depend where are you goin, you need to take a Uber or Taxi for everything do you go.. Note: The Hotel is nice for the Price. But for me is difficult for sleep with out the Air conditioning but is ok for you ill recommend the Hotel
