Great place to stay for a few days, comfortable, spacious, clean, safe area, staff fantastic. 👍👍

As a visitor to Bogota, the location is a bit far from the main attractions, but Bogota is a big city so anywhere you go beyond your hotel will be far. On the good side, it is located in a very safe area... if you are a bit adventurous, public transportation to get to downtown is right there... be prepared for the crowds. Avoid public transportation after the sun goes down. Also, I was told repetitively to avoid taxis.

The apartment is very and everything works well. The building is rather cold, but they provide many layers of covers and extra blanket, so I had no problem there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple, but sufficient for starting a day. The place is safe and in nice and quiet area. There are many shops and restaurants in walking distance. Altogether I had a nice stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

There could be more breakfast options. I missed arepas. Some yoghurt would be nice for example.

We were always nice welcome by the staff. Everyone was friendly and we could use the parking I’m with no issues. Breakfast was good and served early, what helps when you have a busy schedule ahead.

Clean, quiet, and spacious boutique hotel with only 15 comfortable suites. Friendly, caring and personable staff. 24-hour lobby staff member. They know who is staying there at times. Secure facility. Housekeeping everyday. Complimentary free breakfast on the rooftop terrazzo with mountains and city views.

Rooms and floors can feel cold. No heating or A/C in rooms. Bogota is relatively colder climate city so dress accordingly. They do provide bedding comforters.

the staff was friendly, the allow me to keep the luggage after the checkout. The place is in a nice and quite residencial neighborhood. The room is the same as in the pictures, good value for money.

The room only had inner windows and you could hear the noise from other guest if they were doing something in the stairs. I have a very light sleep and this woke me up.

Perfect offering to stay at Bogota as tourist, for work or to visit family. Clean, secure, staff friendly, good breakfast, rooms with kitchen …

you need to count a longer time going to the city center (downtown). Best using taxi or Uber. outside of rush hours (to be chosen) it takes around 20 minutes. but from my perspective a very good and economic alternative compared to a hotel in the city center

Absolutely gorgeous place with clean rooms and they were quite large. in the US this hotel would easily be several hundred dollars a night.

The wifi was a bit slow but I think I may just be spoiled with 1GB internet back home

Room could have a microwave or dishes to use kitchenette. Staff able to provide upon request

Amazing location. Staff were all kind and helped us with everything we asked. And room was much better than what I expected.

Everything was perfect.

Confortable bed and good environment to rest.

Early in the morning there was neighbors' noise.
