Well designed with a side of coffee. Beautifully designed room with practical storage and room to reorganize a suitecase. Cafe downstairs is lovely, offering good breakfast, pastries, and pizza. Neighbourhood beauty spa and restaurants were exactly what I needed steps away from the hotel. Bonus; I was able to book early arrival a reasonable cost to be able to arrive immediately after my red-eye flight.

American tourists were so noisy, lacking considération in sharing the building. There was a minor communication breakdown with the morning staff about my early check-in, but my room was ready, and it wasn't a big deal.

Very well maintained property, attentive staff, good location. The breakfast was tasty! They helped me out by providing an iron when I needed it. The room had a mini fridge- very useful !

I would recommend bringing ear plugs - the stairwell can echo so you might hear other travelers arriving at night. This is just a feature of the building, not a shortcoming of the hotel.

Very comfortable rooms.

The hotel is very noisy. You can hear conversations throughout the building. I was on the third floor and could hear the receptionist talking to other guests. Also the rooms are very cold. Extra blankets would be nice.

The hotels is located in a nice area, with a supermarket, restaurants and ATMs in the area. Never had a problem walk from the hotel wherever I needed to go. And if you have a TransMilenio card, there are several stops near by.

My only complaint would be that the hot water was not as hot as I am used to, specially in the cold Bogota weather. But that is definetly a personal preference, nothing to die over for.

Very big room with comfortable beds and TV came with Netflix. Bathroom was also very nice and clean. Staff were also friendly. There is also a restaurant at the ground floor but I didn’t use it.

Location is in a safe area but a little far out from main area

It was very modern, clean, comfy bed, great location at walking distance from several shops, restaurants, public transportation, breakfast included, polite staff

The gym floor could’ve been cleaner, sound proofing could be better as you could hear guests from other rooms or in the hallway, a bit expensive but overall worth it

It looked very nice and was very comfortable, the coffee shop in reception is lovely. Staff are nice and very helpful.

There were road works at night. The kitchen didn’t have mugs or tea cups. It could do with a chopping board and a kitchen towel.

The location is perfect. The staff are very helpful.

The noise from the street bother me more than I expected. Also you might consider offering some rooms with individual beds.

Very clean and very nice people

This is a small, unassuming hotel in a good neighborhood in Bogota. The description and photos of the hotel in the Booking website are accurate. The facilities are comfortable, tidy and modern. Breakfast is included and it will not disappoint those with small and large appetites. Parking is also offered but we did not use it. The best asset of this hotel is the manager, Glenis. She is the most efficient and welcoming manager one can hope for. She knows her guests' names, she handles all the operation with warmth and professionalism. We have since returned to stay a few more days as this hotel is on the perfect location for personal reasons.

There seems to be good noise barrier between apartments but not so much with noise from the corridors and stairs. Nothing major as long as guests do not arrive at odd times. They could cater for vegetarians.
