The location was excellent! Large supermarket across the street and plenty of grocery stores sitting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good. The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable.

The kitchenware provided was missing some essentials, it was hard to cook anything decent. No dish drainer. Cleaning staff rang the bell at 9am and woke up the kiddo because we weren't told they were going to clean the next day and DnD signs weren't provided. Luckily the staff was always helpful and wrote it down for the next few days. One thing to consider if you're going with too much luggage is that the hallways are narrow

We stayed more than a week, so having a little kitchen, basically a studio apartment, made it more relaxing. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Street noise could be loud. The finishes in the room were not high quality and more than a little worn out. It would have been so much better if there was a sofa and coffee table to lounge or do work on a laptop.

Perfect for a short stop over in Bogota. Extremely friendly staff. Big apartment with comfortable bed and great shower. Breakfast is basic but the cook will make any eggs you like. The supermarket/shopping mall opposite is fantastic - lots of food stalls and everything you could need to buy! Food, SIM cards, tech. Great range of healthy options for foods.

The kitchen utensils are all locked away and you have to pay a deposit to have them available to you.

Apartments are quite comfortable. The location is ok unfortunately traffic in the city is horrendous so, going to certain areas was a challenge. But this location work really well for us

Towels were a bit overused. Breakfast has no much variety. Basis things like and iron were available only upon request and the kitchen had cero utensils.

The suite had a wonderful layout, had a beautiful view of the hills, and was very pleasant to be in. The staff were very friendly. The location is good, between Usaquen and Cedritos, two of the better neighborhoods in Bogota.

The breakfast was mediocre, with a small range of choices. And the suite had a kitchen but no implements to cook with, so it might as well not have had a kitchen. Ironically, the hotel was next to one of the biggest supermarkets I have even been in.

The front desk staff were awesome. Very attentive to your needs. The breakfast was good. It varies from day to day, which is a plus.

The room, specifically room # 701, did not have a full-length mirror. The only mirror was in the bathroom. The water heater was malfunctioning, causing interment hot water issues.

The hotel is in a safe location. That the hotel is next to a WOW EXITO Supermarket that you can find everything that you need 24 hours a day, and the Best Coffee Juan Valdez The hotel is very clean. The staff is very good ready to help. Breakfast is 👍 In 10 min walk you can find a lot of good Restaurant 👍 😉

Location, cleanliness, and comfort

They charged us more money when we showed up and they found out some of us had Colombian IDs. They never disclosed this anywhere on the reservation. Also I asked for the rooms to at least be on the same floor and they didn't do that. Breakfast showed as if it was included, but it was not and it was kind of pricey for Bogota

The room was beautiful, and their attention to details to put flowers in the room for my wife for her birthday.

That I had gotten approved for early check in at 2 pm, and the receptionist ( female ) didn't want to let my wife check in early after I was already told the room was ready for early check in.

Spacious room with 1.5 bathroom, decent closet space and storage. Kitchen was nice. Cleaning staff was wonderful.

Kitchen pots were filthy and many were unusable. Bed was sub-par. Breakfast was hit-and-miss.
