There was no master key on the premises so I had to wait 2-1/2 hours for the manager to show up. This caused me to miss my flight and spend an extra 14 hours at the airport. This is pathetic. The manager seemed more upset that I had inconvenienced him by asking for help. All other employees acted like this had never happened before and could only say ‘wait for the manager ‘.

Everything was super close to the main places of interest and the staff members were THE BEST people we’ve ever met. Cleanliness is definitely a top priority for this place and the level of detail in everything they did was beyond phenomenal.

The only reason why I didn’t give a 10/10 is because the beds were really uncomfortable along with the pillows—ended up leaving with a sore neck.

The location is very good, my room was big, an apartment with living room, dining room table, small kitchen but fully equipped with appliances, plates, silverware, coffee maker & pans. Housekeeping service every day.

Breakfast could be improved. You have to ask for eggs and fruits (they don’t offer it) otherwise it’s just bread, butter and marmalade.

Good price for money, kind and attentive staff, excecleaning service. Nice and convenient location.

Comfortable and great location. We were able to invite friends and family over thanks to the living room area. Usaquen market was just outside the front door and the hotel is very close to the Fundación Santa Fe. We only planned to stay a few night but ended up staying the entire 9 nights we were in Bogota.

Great location near restaurants, shopping, and the weekend market. Room was clean and the staff was very attentive. Good wifi. Room included a small kitchen with fridge and stovetop.

The breakfast did not provide much variety, although the quality was good. There is only so much you can do with eggs.

i like everything, just improve the breakfast adding some "local"foods every day like arepas or any option for gluten free diets.

The staff's attention is excellent, the atmosphere is very family-friendly, and the location is extraordinary. The best part is the people and the excellent price.

The location was very convenient for an event we took part in so we could walk on a daily basis to and from work .

I stayed before at this property and they used to have a bath with the room , this time we only had a shower which I found a shame .

Only 1 think. The internet connection is a bit slow to work from my laptop, but everything else was excellent.
