Staff was excellent, breakfast buffet good with every day changes to menu, quiet, close to everything in many areas such as clinics, hospitals, restaurants. They call up taxis for you and exchange money at front desk.

The T.V needs to be updated as it is very old and picture is fuzzy and you cant add Netflix from your phone. They should add washcloths to the bathroom. They need to label on the website that after the 9th floor there are stairs going up to the executive suites.

ALL The employees were very friendly and service minded and Extremely respectful. The people taking care of the breakfast are always pending of the customer

2 simple improvement recommendations: a) Show the guest where to pull open the curtain of the bedroom - my own fault; even embarassed for such a simple thing I did not remember to look for ... at the end of the wall/curtain b) Whenever a technical work needs to be done in the room next door, give the neighbor notice of such work. My daughter operated on her eyes Thursday, July 25th am, and needed to rest for 3 days in the darkness of our bedroom. Later that afternoon plumbing work had to be done in the bathroom next door (room 502) - it felt as if they were doing the work inside our bedroom.

This is an older hotel that has not been updated. Rooms are big but not updated. Staff is nice and accomodating - I needed to change my room several times...no problem. Shower and bed are great. Food is not great. Location is very good.

Restaurant I know from the past is low level but there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

This hotel is my #1 hotel to stay at when I am traveling to Bogota. I’m actually disappointed when I book and there are no vacancies! I like familiarity, the customer service of the staff at this property make it all worthwhile to stay here! In addition the building is unique and rooms are a good size!!!

The property was able to chek us in late! I was thankful for! But I stayed concerned that my brother in law couldn’t came to my room cause they prohibited him! I know he work as a indriver but he was off work with the family! So I don’t know why he should’ve been treated like that! That for I didn’t stay another 2 night after coming back from Medellin! Was upset and he was staying with us! I didn’t wan’t him to be treated horrible again!

The breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean, the room had a good size and the neighbourhood was very nice. The internet connection worked well and the restaurant has also multiple and delicious food options.

The first night we arrived late and we wanted some water, but the person in the front desk didn't want to get some for us (even we wanted to pay for it).

Good staff, Armando the bartender was the best, ask for him he's a saint

They need to change the room windows to double glass or soundproof windows. Because you can hear the heavy traffic noise from outside all day long. If you are a sensitive sleeper it will keep you up and disturb your night rest

Food was fine. Room was OK. Personal was fine.

1st. The picture on the Booking Ad is not the real location. It is disappointing. The building itself requires maintenance for looking well. The humidity and paint are really bad conditions. There was rain, and the water from it went inside the lobby because they had issues with the glass rooftop, There were plenty of leak points. Furniture and floors were wet. Wet floors are dangerous because they are slipping. The window at the front of the bathtub was broken, and the cold air and, eventually, rain came in all the time.

Location was great for going to a lot of places

Street is a little bit noisy and it is weird that you have to go out, enter another building to take breakfast

Nice *** Star Hotel. Good Value for Money and Room. Staff are responsive. Good Location. Lights in hallway are dim. Restaurant is OK. Overall Nice Hotel. I will return.
