Not a breakfast person, so I did not even ask if they have breakfast. But as I stepped out of the hotel there is a place right next to it that sells breakfast-lunch-dinner. In the lobby you will get a variety of thee or coffee 24 hour for free. it is a lovely place to stay, nothing to complain at all. Toilet is separated of the shower and also the sink is separated. It is a safe zone . Something I found so innovative is their room keycard, as soon as you enter you have to insert the card into a machine where it gives access to light/electricity. So as soon as you leave the room you have to remove the card and automatically in a few seconds the lights that have been on will turn off either if you leave something charged it will also stop working. I find this a modern way of saving electricity and also to avoid leaving something in a plug that can create a fire

If the room is by the road the sound of the traffic movement can be annoying for if you want to rest longer in the morning and also you can hear your neighbors talking or making noisy movements or either opening and closing the bedroom windows.

Location great- there's a convenient coffee shop called pan pa ya next door- you can choose lots of carbs or none like myself- fair options. Bed was firm- pillows were the best- sun rise was great I had a corner room -so saw the sun peering from mountains. wifi pretty good-staff friendly.

No phone contact to front desk so deliveries weren't announced but they did take the orders and put them on the side- no parking but a staff member was aware of safe fairly priced parking nearby underground hospital parking ( 12 hours 25,000 pesos). No tv service for those that like tv,Theres a tv in the room but no tv viewing I ended up using my laptop for Netflix.

Free coffee, safe and fridge, super wifi (good for working with video calls, tv, very friendly and helpful staff members, cleaning every day, change towels (i recommend, change the towels only when needed). Surrounded by local street restaurants, some parcs, and a street of bars&restaurants like 20min by walking.

The hotel its selfs 9/10, only thing which is actually getting implemented breakfast and netflix (maybe i didn’t find it). Far away from the classic touristic attractions (1h by public bus and to get back in the evening 1.5h by uber).

The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were attentive and helpful at all times. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with stores and medical centers nearby. The hotel also has a nice view of the city which is really beautiful ar nights.

A few days before my arrival there was an issue with the plumbing in the basement which gave the elevators a weird smell. But the staff did their best to fix it by cleaning constantly and spraying air fresheners.

There was no breakfast at the hotel, so we had to leave the facility for breakfast, which was not good.

We didn't expect my credit card to be charged before check-in, which means if I didn't like the location, I couldn't look for another hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights at Soy Local Usaquen, and it was a fantastic experience. Paula at the reception was excellent. The rooms were spacious, with strong water pressure and hot water. The breakfast was also delicious. Overall, it’s a great hotel for the price.

The room doesn't have a phone ( or an app) to contact the lobby if you need it. Other than that , everything is good. They have a decent breakfast, but it's not included in the price.

Bathrooms could improve, if you are with someone there is little privacy. My shower didn’t have hot water

You had to let the water run a long time just to get barely warm water. Room had no air conditioning or heating but weather was just right.

Breakfast was excellent! Rooms very clean,! Excellent coffee in the lobby! We loved the warmth & care of all the hotel staff!

That we had to leave!😁
