The hotel is very clean. The rooms are nice . They have a Jacuzzi on the top floor.

The service can be better. The breakfast is very simple. And i had a issue with Andrés . After the breakfast we asked for a late check out without charges . We were allowed to stay until 6PM . At 6 PM we got charges (70.000 COP) for the late checkout you can’t charge for something without informing. Then on top of that as a hotel receptionist you need to keep your calm. And not argue so badly with customers . He was very very rude to my wife then to me .

This is my third time staying at this hotel and it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and with fast check in-out process. The free breakfast is super excellent and fresh and the staff always make sure that you leave with a smile. The rooms were very comfortable with A/C and hot water. It is located in a very safe area and it's close to several stores, restaurants and a mall.

I liked the location for me. It was a decent hotel. But I dont think the name boutique is appropiate. The bed was also comfortable. Dont get me wrong is not bad.

I did not like two thongs. The first is the staff. Very bad customer service when i was checking in. I got there at 9pm and the girl was not that nice. The breakfast also is not good

The property was really quaint and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The restaurant is affordable and the food is excellent. Free breakfast was a really nice bonus.

The hotel was filled with friendly and courteous workers with knowledge and great customer service skills. They met and exceeded every expectation with a smile . I would recommend it to everyone!

The hotel was very good, comfortable, on a quiet neighborhood and mostly clean. The hotel staff are always very corteous and attentive. I did have good wifi, tv worked and a great A/C.

The shower edges were dirty especially by the shower doors, some kind of black mold on the corners.

I love the hospitality. We came in after a long plane trip. Got there late and everyone was extremely nice. Not only was it a great area to stay in. Waking up was the best and the view to the roof top of the jacuzzi was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. Overall in love and definitely will be back 🙏🏽❤️
