The pool and breakfast/bar area are very nice. The pool is refreshing and diligently cleaned every morning. I really like the location as it borders on a residential area that is quiet at night but just across the street from a large shopping mall which also has some nice restaurants. It is also nice that there is a fairly small but upscale grocery store in the adjacent shopping center. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower are nice. I love the breakfast and the staff are all extremely friendly.

Just a few minor complaints. The hot water was inconsistent. It always took at least 10 minutes for the shower to warm up and sometimes it was scorching and sometimes just warm enough. My room was one with a hottub outside in an enclosed deck. It was nice but with little natural light it was quite dark!

Thank you to all the staff at the NH Cali Royal, who are very helpful especially in the restaurant, special thanks to the Manager Jose and reception staff Luigi who looked after me very well during my stay. The staff at this hotel are very friendly, its a busy hotel but they somehow still manage to help you. I like the pool and jacuzzi, the lobby is really nice, I was able to sit at a table and use my laptop. The location is really good, right next to two malls and Jardin Plaza is a short taxi ride away. Very good breakfast!

I like the spacious indoor and outdoor door sitting area of the restaurant. I say poolside every night there. The best part of the stay was definitely Natahly at the spa. I had nearly a 3 hour massage and facial done by her and she’s absolutely amazing. From start to finish she did an amazing job and I actually had her 3 months ago when I stayed at this property. I plan on going back again to Colombia again and 1st thing I do is booking the spa day with her. The food is fantastic at the Restaraunt and staff is amazing there. I wish I could remember his name but at the restaurant there was a nice older gentleman waiter I had he took amazing care of all my special needs going above and beyond. My last night there having dinner he even gave me a beautiful leather brown wallet he made to go with my purse he saw me with every night. This is a must go to place. There is a wonderful mall a few steps away outside the front door which I frequent a lot as well. Perfect place for a solo traveler like myself. Thank you to all the staff. I went to a 2nd location the last part of my trip my kept wanting to go back for the massage.. Haha

I don’t think I have anything negative to say about this property.

The breakfast was great. There was an amazing variety of tropical assorted breads, eggs and other hot meal choices. The waiters were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is well located on a quiet area close to Club Campestre and three different shopping centers. The hotel has a good size swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was delicious.

The rooms and bathrooms were a bit dated. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom.

Great staff attention as always

Room 406 has the bathroom door issues to close and lock. Air conditioner display difficult to read due brightness to light. Bedside table surface damaged. Phone too old and wrong room number tag. Mini bar prices too expensive versus beverage size. No swimming pool an jacuzzi available but room with same full price.

The kindness and warmth of the people who serve both at reception and at the restaurant is exceptional. The hotel is located in the southern part of Cali close to several shopping centers. I felt safe in this area. The hotel has a very nice pool and eating area with view to the pool and palm trees. The rooms are large and with all you need. The Wifi works well. The restaurant serves excellent dishes.

From Reinal who picked me at the airport, to the bellhops, specially the one that speaks english, the front desk clerks, the restaurant crew, the maids, the security guards...N H Cali Royal is by far one of the bests hotels I have stayed in, and 80% is due to the excellent pesonnel that the hotel has. I wish I could remember all their names, to the few I remeber and congratulate are Reinal, Margarita, Alejandro, Joser Stiven, Valentina, and Luiyi. To the management team...keep your excellent execution. Of my many travels to Colombia, Cali felt like home. Exceptional facilities, professional staff, location..NH Cali Royal has it all. I will definetly return.

Exceptionally clean, at least some of the staff is bilingual (eng/sp), but every staff member was pleasant and attentive. The building is elegant, and everything worked correctly. I didn't get to try the pool, but it was beautiful and clean. Morning included breakfast was one of the best, with fresh fruit and cheeses, eggs as you like, lots of cereals, fresh breads, all beautifully set along the pool. Super clean and fresh. Stayed 2 nights, and 4 nights would have been better. It shares its front entrance with a very nice shopping mall.

It's a little tough to find due local roads, traffic can be heavy too, but you'll be in a taxi, so no big deal. Even with a 7am bad traffic day, it was exactly 1 hour from the airport.

Great location! Close to Unicentro and a great local bakery right around the corner. Nice lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Our room had a view of the mountains which was really a nice perk. The cab-suv company affiliated with the hotel is a great service.

We had one poor experience with the restaurant where the waitress gave us an entire extra meal, even though we just asked for a side of rice. On occasion the water from the tap was suspect, but that may be more of a city issue that the specific hotel.

I like everything. The breakfast the, the location, the staff was very helpful. The beds were really comfy. The availability of the pool till 10 pm. The location was perfect a mall close to the hotel and one big mall unicentro in front of the hotel. Very easy to catch a cab. In a nutshell our stay was awesome.

the hotel is a little bit outdated in certain areas. It needs some updates like furniture in the room etc, but it still awesome hotel to stay during your vacation
