I loved the location. It's located just in the heart of the traditional zone of Cali. The lady in front of the desk was very nice and cute and she helped us with our necessities.

The only bad thing was the cleaning, because the first rooms we got, it smelled so much to bleach, so they changed the room and the new one was nice but the tub in the bathroom was not so clean. The building is nice but looks a bit 'abandoned' I don't know if it's the right word but it was the first thing I thought.

The property was in a great location near a lot of restaurants and spots where you can got at a walking distance

The bathroom it floods and all the water will over flow to the rest of the room. Its also a bit noisy the rooms that are on the side of the highway. I asked to have my room changed and the staff was super friendly and helpful and they switched my room.

First of the personnel was very friendly, special thanks to Camilla and Andres of the reception! The room had a large separate bathroom with comfortable bath tub and a bed with multiple pillows to choose from. Food can be ordered till late at night.

The water was cold for 1 full day and the bed was 2 single beds pushed together with a double mattress on top. This left a hole in the middle which wasnt very comfortable.

Breakfast ok , for the rate paid it is a very good choice , location pretty good

Rooms need some paint, beds are ok , mattress could be a little better, small lamp needed, hot water should be always available, new phone in the room is needed, internet should have better signal inside the rooms.

Loooooooved this place - it's a super luxury hotel by my standards, for not even close to what you'd usually pay. Massive room, super good shower, nice breakfast and perfectly located. Would definitely stay here again.

The bath in our room didnt work (it was leaking) but that's a small problem, we didnt even know we'd have a bath, so all good.

The location was great. Staff was very helpful and so friendly.

The safe in the room did not work and they did not come and fix it. So we felt uneasy to leave our passports and money.

Breakfast could be a lot more. There's just 1 pancake or 1 slice of bread, some scrambled egg, a coffee and a few slices of fruit. There is noise heard from outside the hotel but it didnt affect us.

Staff were super helpful and helped send on a lost item. Thanks! Lady who served breakfast was kind

Room was a bit dark

The bed is super soft and big. Love it! Everything was super clean and the bathroom was amazing..the bathtub was the best time. Although i didn't know how to turn it on.

There was not a direct person to provide the breakfast i had to look for the front desk employee.

Location is very good . Walking distance in an good neighbourhood. Clean, spacious room. Simple but good breakfast. Staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Bed felt a bit off balance. A tiny window in the room.
