Great location tight in the middle of San Antonio. Tons of bars/restaurants at your doorstep. Even a coffee place downstairs. Rooms are super comfortable and big. Comfy beds, big bathroom, WIFI works like a charm, highly recommended.

Breakfast is very basic and simple. Staff at breakfast does not speak English and mix up orders. You cannot choose much, and they often don't bring even what you ordered. 1st night was a bit noisy as the downstair café gets busy at evenings. Also, it would be great to have a rooftop terrace open for everyone to enjoy a drink and views of Cali instead of offering it as part of the suite for guests only. Same for SPA (there is none - unless you book too floor suite).

Great location. Neighborhood felt very safe and was walkable to many restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helped arrange airport pickup/drop off. Our room was cleaned every day and it was comfortable.

Extraordinarily friendly staff literally going out of their way to help. I was looking for something specific but couldn't find it in shops, and the girl at the reception volunteered without hesitation to accompany me to the nearest supermarket to ask together. My room was small but very functional and clean. The restaurant on the ground floor was handy and had a reasonable selection of food and drinks on offer. The safest district in Cali; I felt very relaxed walking around to explore and enjoy the neighbourhood as a solo female traveller. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity.

Hotel has friendly staff. And it’s pretty much close to everything around the city. It has good WiFi as well.

The shower didn’t have hot water sometimes other than that it’s s great place to stay at for vacation or business trip.

You can’t beat location and customer service. The coffee shop on the first floor is a must.

I do like pretty much the location, facilities, restaurant, cafe-bar, and staff was so kind and helpful.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The view of the park and mountain is beautiful. This is an excellent location, and has great wifi. When visiting, be sure to take the Siloe tour.
