Hotel has a good SPA with amazing massages which my wife and I had to have. The food was great and the service top-notch. Always felt safe as well.

The only negative point is that there is a Western Union money exchange facility behind the reception. We tried to exchange some USD to local currency but they for sure required us to have a Colombian national ID card which we did not have, even though we had the passports. They mentioned we needed the card so I dont know how tourists exchange money at the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous... a great start to the day and way to connect with the friends in our large group. The lobby was comfortable and inviting with lots of seating while gathering. The parking was great. The pizza restaurant was quite enjoyable and the staff was very attentive.

I would have appreciated having an ice maker in the hallway... however, the room service team was very responsive in bringing ice.

After staying in other Cali hotels, I decided to treat myself to a stay at the Intercontinental for a few days. I felt like I was at a destination resort. I had already explored Cali prior to checking in to the Intercontinental, so for the most part, I stayed on property and was as happy as I could be. The rooms were clean, as were all public areas in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was extensive. The five on-site restaurants offered an incredible variety of food and drink and the prices were reasonable, considering the premium location. The gym is large and offers a wide variety of equipment. The pool area is enormous and very clean. The on-site spa offered a variety of services. I had a sports massage and a foot reflexology treatment. Both were quite good. I was very happy there was an ATM and bank in the same building. As a single female traveler, I felt safe in the hotel area. Everyone on staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.

Adjacent to (part of?) the hotel is the Marco Polo Casino. It was a little sad. To me, it was not a "real" casino, because there were only machines - no dealers.

Breakfast is very well organized and a very good variety of food. The rooms are very clean and with a new smell, bathroom towels all very very hygienic. The pool area, is not only beautiful but all neatly in place and again all very clean

Really nothing! Is not to exaggerate it this hotel is simply the best and you feel your self at home.

The rooms, the pool, the spa, the lobby, and the terrace are beautiful. The cocktails are wonderful. The food from all the restaurants are generally very good to excellent. The steak was surprisingly just okay.

The check-in/check-out process is messy. I guess maybe they just installed a new system or something, but it took an unesseciarrily long time and there was a lot of confusion.

Gym was very basic, I would have been expected something more well-equipped in a 5-star hotel. Breakfast options not very interesting.

What I loved most about the Intercontinental Cali is the spacious rooms and how quick and efficient the room service is. I really enjoyed all the facilities, and I also loved the consistently lively atmosphere

Honestly, I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like—I had a wonderful experience.

Location, amenities, cleanliness, price, options for different restaurants in hotel. Great choice.

There was an incident next door , where water flooded the whole floor including my room, they did not do anything until I went and mention to move me to another room.

The hotel is well located in the heart of where you want to stay for your visit to Cali. Within walking distance to San Antonio and the Park of Cats.

Rooms are very clean and spacious. The hotel has 4 restaurants and a great buffet breakfast. On Sundays they offer a brunch.

The hotel was great, clean with friendly staff. The only negative that was on me was the the language with very few people speaking English. Suppose thats what you get in a Spanish speaking country.
