The location is very good, central and close to several activities. In general the staff is very good and helpful. The breakfast was good.

This hotel overcharged me at the checkin and after several discussions with reception staff they just played stupid but finally promised to return the balance into the same card as paid with. But nothing happened for 10 days until I made a claim to booking.com. It's very small money, but this kind of monkey-business is not ok. It's the first time in many years I have faced this kind of hassle and it should not be allowed... It's a shame to have the staff acting like this, otherwise the stay was very good.

This place is fantastic! It is luxurious, it is incredibly clean, extremely welcoming, the rooms are huge, the bathroom is huge, everything seems and feels so new, the bed was amazing, just a pile of comfort above and below, bed sheets felt clean, the wardrobe storage was just perfect, not too big not too small and the green finish gives it a comfortable, clean, home feel. The location is the best, right behind there is a shopping mall, 5 minute walk to the river walkway, city center, park, St Antonio’s church, and the dancing quarter. Comfortable and safe.

We did not want room service as I feel my privacy is invaded by strangers but we anyway got our bed made and tings tidy up, luckily they didn’t change our towels, would have been a waste!

I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. I felt so welcomed by Javier, who works in the kitchen. He was fluent in English and taught me the basics of being in Colombia for the first time. He kept me entertained whilst I arrived earlier than check-in and was very pleasant throughout the stay. He is the best and makes people feel welcome. The breakfast was more than enough and served with quality every day. The location is perfect and a short walk to Centenario Mall with restaurants and food outlets nearby. The staff speak English which was very helpful as a non-Spanish speaker and nothing was too much trouble. I would deffo stay again when I am in Cali!

Excellent safe and central location, close to trendy areas, nightlife, and touristic spots. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us excellent recommendations. Organized taxis etc... Property is modern, clean, and efficient. Value is a 10/10.

Room was quite small and lacked natural light, but was still comfortable. No real 'common' areas other than the restaurant which is not particularly comfortable. Fitness center needs an update.

The Superior room was spacious. The staff was outstanding. They were professional, courteous, accommodating, friendly, the list goes on. They were truly the gold standard of what a staff is supposed to be. Area wasn't the best but not bad either since it was located a block away from a mall that has a Smartfit gym on the top floor.

The breakfast juices, with the exception of the orange juice, were all watered down making them gross even after stirring them up. Breakfast ends too early on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Aside from those two issues, breakfast was decent.

It is a nice hotel as expected from this chaine. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfy and the hotel is very clean.

Maybe we suggest that the restaurant has some prices according to the country. For instance a glass of wine was even more expensive than in the most prestigious restaurants such as “Platillos voladores”. It seems they charge in euros where is expected a glass of wine to be 8 to 10 E. But in Colombia is quite a lot for this. Also the staff in the restaurant need some assistance because we had a meeting with some family one evening and the waiter had to bring food to the rooms and take care of the tables then it was very annoying to all the costumers in the restaurant that evening. It is impossible for only one person to afford afford such a big demand.

The hotel is only 1 year old. Location is good for walking to the central city attractions. Not a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there is one jewel right behind the hotel called Platillos Voladores. Best food we had in Colombia! Decor in main areas is very nice and breakfast area very stylish. The buffet breakfast was exceptional! So many choices and small details that really lifted the experience. Bed was very comfortable with quality linen. Staff we all excellent. Underground parking a real bonus!

Rooms are a bit bland some additional art on the walls coloured cushions would lift them. Bathrooms are incredibly small 2mx 1m A mirror in the room would be great as the bathroom mirror was just a small oval.

We stayed in this hotel 3 different times during a month period. We reserved a room with a queen bed but when we arrived the third time the room had a double bed and the guy at the front desk argued that that bed was a queen bed. Instead of solving the problem he insisted on his own opinion. Unfortunately we had to change the hotel as we were supposed to stay for 1 more day and be back after a week for 4 more days. It is really sad that these kind of people can make you change your mind. This is a reason We wouldn’t return to this hotel. The other staff at the front desk (2 ladies) were very nice and they were always ready to assist us in every matter.

Stay away from room 311 first night we had to stay there but second night I asked to be change terrible room extremely small Yeferson did the art work and satisfied my request great first desk service also

The hotel was really well located, very clean, the staff were very friendly - especially Juan from Medellin! I really felt at home, and the hotel was beyond my expectations. They also offer an amazing buffer in the morning - the kitchen serves the restaurant in the same space throughout the day. I sincerely recommend staying here, if you have interests in coming to Cali.
