All was perfect

Location is very good. Hotel is nice but it is more of a Motel than Hotel. Best way I can explain is…I am a business traveler and the Hotel is really not for someone like me. I need to be able to do some work in the room. There is no desk. WiFi was not very good. It is an old building so I image the walls are thick. When I saw the pictures and reviews, I was not sure but I said let me try it. Would I recommend the Hotel to someone. Yes. But not if you are a business traveler that relies on having both vacation and work space.

WiFi was weak. There is no area for placing a computer to work. Lighting is old school. TV is way high on the wall and small. Beds were ok but not the best for a good rest. Also very light when it comes to bedding. Safe was not great. Not a lot of space to put things down including taking out your clothing and storing. Bathroom was ok however and this one is a big one. The hot water ran out. Also the door does not close properly for the bathroom and gets jammed. Annoying because you feel that you can be heard in the room doing your business. Really did not feel private. Also the shower door does not close. Soaps and shampoos were ok. No parking also which we had to find out since Hotel does not mentioned it.

The location was perfect, really near an area with lots of restaurants, clubs and bars but a block or two off so i didn't have the noise. Local restaurants were great. I went to Restaurante Ringlette and Morada Ancestral and really liked both restaurants. The staff was great, both on my arrival and departure the times of my flights didn't mesh up with check-in and check-out times and the staff went out of their way to help me, even more than I expected. I coudldn't be happier with this hotel.

Sweet little hotel in Cali, my flight arrived late at night. I called to see if the reception was open until late they not only confirmed that the reception would be open, they also recommended and arranged a pick up at the airport at an extra cost directly with the driver. I was so happy that they facilitated this information so proactively. Basically everything was arranged upon my arrival. Beds are great, breakfast is good, the attention of the personal is outstanding. I hope to be back to Cali soon. I feel like I have a new home in Cali thanks to this lovely hotel.

The room was nicely decorated, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive and professional. Breakfast was good, although it was basically the same each day.

We would have liked a different option for breakfast, not the same each day. The wifi was a bit spotty. There were a couple of issues regarding prices quoted versus prices charged for a tour and for a bottle of wine that we purchased.

Great location, accessible to some of the best restaurants in Cali like: Odiseo, Historia de Amore and Bohío among many others. Granada neighborhood has a special mystic with its lush vegetation and posh historic architecture. Leclerc hotel is beautifully appointed, the lobby and dinning area invite relaxation as well as the suites. The staff tops it all , Ileana and Oscar are the best! Attentive to detail they make you feel very much at home.

I think I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Cali - this place has a nice size, a good boutique-feeling to it, it's in a nice part of town without being troubled by noise. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price/quality balance is good (we hit an offer, the price/quality was very, very good), what else do you need?

I stayed in a very nice room, my sons were in a room a bit more to the back that was a bit less pleasant (standard challenges with humidity and heat, window on the inside of the building)

The breakfast was incredible, the staff was prepared everyday with a new delight and it was pretty much ready when we needed to. The room was with enough space and always clean. The staff provided enough water and always supported us in what we were needing. The staff is so kind and the attention was great!. If I ever go back to Cali, I would stay again in Leclerc without any hesitation. One of the best hotels I have been to. The location is also perfect, near many restaurants and big hotels. It was the perfect place for us.

We just think that the bathroom can have an extra light, but the rest was perfect, we couldn´t ask for more.

The room was a good size but a bit dark. The bathroom was also a good size with good hot water and pressure. The staff were nice. Breakfast was very well presented and a good size and the room it was served in was very fancy. The hotel is slightly up hill so you have to go down a bit to get to the main street for bars and restaurants.

I like the decor of the room and the bathroom. The satff were very helpful and nice.

Breakfast was simple, not too many options. My room's bathroom was over the street. So by 5-6 AM I would hear motorcycles and other noises which was not pleasant because i tend to sleep in and around 10- 11 PM, the same thing. The street would be very noisy. The mattress was not best one I slept in.
