The room was very spacious, the bed was super comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and was quiet. I requested a quiet room and got one facing the back so didn't hear any car noise at all which was great. The bathroom was very clean and the staff was nice. Breakfast was simple but decent.

The stove in the kitchenette didn't work. The room didn't come with an iron and hangers but they brought these to my room once I requested them. The WiFi was not great - two of my four work calls went smoothly, but I had to use my mobile phone's international roaming data to take the other two calls. There were many drawers in the room, but many of them were not clean. I think there were termites in one or two areas in the room, but the rest of the room was very clean, albeit a bit old and probably needs an upgrade soon.

Restaurant staff was great, house keeping staff good, some of reception staff good

Some reception staff could have been much more helpful. Some staff only do bare minimum. Entire staff very polite . They need better training in customer service, concierge service. For example, when I ask if that was a laundry service available anywhere They simply said no and did not attempt to look for one for me.

There was no noise from the street outside. The street was noisy, but if you close the window you hear nothing from outside. That was very good. Also the room was very clean. Also the internet was stable.

The telephones did not work good. But this was less important.

The breakfast was great, and the typical Colombian bread pandebono was the best. The staff was very kind and always solved any of my inquiries with the best attitude. I went to enjoy the Cali carnival, party everywhere and did not get disrupted by music or something like that, the room was really quiet.

The property was lovely! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very large, very clean, and the bed was very comfortable! The balcony was also very clean and provided an amazing view. The rooftop is a wonderful place to wind down any day of the week. This is definitely a great place for me to have experienced my first visit to Columbia. Thank you to everyone that assisted me during my four-night stay!

the breakfast was fine but the service was horrible, they don't have much staff service and we had to wait a long time for the order to be even taken (there weren't many other people there, the one day, we were the only other table there) They forgot my husbands food because they don't write anything down and then were rude when we confronted them and said it was our fault and we didn't order it.

it was a quiet location, the patios were nice and I love the room lay out. We traveled with our young son so the room was partitioned off and he could sleep and we had a separate area to still watch tv without him being too noisy about it.

It was walking distance to bars and restaurants. The daily lunch special was good.

The fact that even a toothbrush and toothpaste provided is charged separately without prior notice. For such a pricey hotel, those are basics really already input in the price.

The staff is friendly and the location is close to Granada. Rooms are quite spacious.

I dont know why, but the hotel was very quiet. It seems like in the past this was more focussed on business visitors, but it seems less the case nowadays.

Our stay was amazing, breakfast was awsome, the service from everyone was exceptional! This is my always go to hotel. Located in a great area close to eveything and walkable to great tourists places.
