This is a nice and well appointed hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, the AC worked well and it had great water pressure on the shower and plenty of hot water. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Well located, and in a street that gets plenty of taxis going by. Our fourth floor room had a view of trees with lots of birds, which we appreciated.

I have to remove a point because the Wi-Fi barely worked in the fourth floor, and another because while beds in Colombian hotels are typically hard, the one in the twin bed was like hard wood. Also, beware that they don’t give you conditioner.

Location, clean boutique hotel, free breakfast was good.

Access to the hotel: main door is locked and you need to wait until the receptionist is available to open the door for you. I had a cpupke times waiting outside per 10 min until I was able to enter. I recommend to implement card reader at the main door. Internet WIFI: I changed rooms 2 times the day I arrived from 4th floor to 3rd floor and then to 1st floor, because the wifi network was not available in all building. It was no good wasting time with this IT issue because as I nedeed to work upon arrival.

nice and clean room on the third floor, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast every morning with bread, fruits, eggs and variation of juices, close to restaurants and salsa discos, comfortable bed, hot water in shower. The hotel does not offer full laundry services but I found a llavanderia about 5-10 minutes from the hotel.

Although the bed was comfortable it could have been softer, the wifi didnt always work on my mobile,

Spacious room with a balcony, very clean and overall great value for money. Perfect location in Cali very close to everything. Breakfast was impressive with several options available. Unfortunately I was unwell when I was in Cali, but the staff at the hotel were wonderful and called me a doctor when I asked. They constantly checked in on me and asked how I was feeling over the few days I stayed there. I felt very well cared for and looked after. Extremely grateful as a solo traveller for their kindness.

Nothing, would recommend to anyone looking for a room in Cali.

It’s in a safe part of the old city, with shops, restaurants etc. within walking distance or a quick taxi ride.

Description says it as a pool, which seemed to me it could have been a fountain that was converted. Perhaps if it had been a hot tub or a patio with seats etc. it could have been more appealing.

The ambience, great illumination to stay at bed reading a book, the swimming pool and the food. Moreover, the great cable service, which includes music channels such as local or international channels, such as MTV, to enjoy for a self while tidying the room or doing other activities.

No complain at all.

The hotel is quaint, nicely decorated, has nice amenities but what really sets it apart is the staff which is amongst the nicest most wonderful people I've ever had the privilege to meet.

The breakfast was excellent. It was both tasty and healthy. Also the breakfast staff was excellent.

There were no real dislikes with the building in general. For the room it would have been nice to have a small trash pail in the room area near the desk.

Staff were efficient and friendly. Good breakfast. It is my second stay and will come back next year.

The TV never worked.
