Lovely stay at Rossa Palma. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxed and bright hotel environment, comfortable room overlooking the pool. We loved the outdoor covered restaurant setting and the food was excellent with a good range and great quality for breakfast and dinner - the best in our 4 week Colombia travels! We missed out on the salsa lessons downstairs but it sounded like good fun. The pool was a real plus. We recommend a visit to the nearby poster printing shop in the next street and an early evening stroll to the top of the park, just across the road. The 3 hour free walking tour we booked with Beyond Colombia was also very good

The staff were super friendly! Kevin at the top desk and the guy in the restaurant (forgot his name) were really helpful. The swimming pool was small but good enough for a small swim. The restaurant was top! We went to recommended restaurants in cali (platillo voladores y la comitiva) but where we ate best was at the hotel restaurant!!! Delicious. The location was perfect to go walking to all the tourist places in Cali. The apartments were confortable.

Even though the apartments were spacious and confortable, they will soon need some sofa/bed replacement.

This is the place to stay when visiting Cali. Not only is the location perfect to visit San Antonio and the historic centre, it also offers a perfect setting to relax and enjoy a holiday. The pool and restaurant area is truly wonderful. Very chic and always clean. Breakfast is delicious. We stayed in room 10 and it was super spacious. Staff were always kind and available. There are cafes, restaurants, bars, bakery, laundry less than 5mins from the hotel (even just opposite the road) They also packed a takeaway breakfast for our departure as we had a very early flight. Communication from staff was great before, during and after our stay (they even texted us to check of we felt better in the afternoon after our checkout). Couldn't recommend this place enough.

An oasis tucked away in the San Antonio neighborhood. On the property is a Peruvian restaurant framed with hanging ferns throughout which was lovely and lush. The pool was a draw for me. Breakfast is included, and after traveling in Colombia for three weeks this breakfast beat all the others. It was great and the gentleman waiting on us was so kind and even gave me some Tajin for my fruit. The front desk staff were wonderful, giving local eatery recommendations and just being informational. All of this and a price that will make you want to stay a few extra days in Cali! I plan to stay here the next time I come to Cali. It will be my new Cali sanctuary!!!!

I loved everything about the property. Most of all I loved the employees. From the receptionist to the chefs to housekeeping. It was full of vegetation which I loved and the food was delicious . I’ve been to Cali 5 times this year and it has been difficult to find not only tasty but of good quality and their restaurant was a great surprise. The staff at the restaurant really made my stay feel like I was at home and they beyond spoiled me and my fiance. The moment we got to the front desk they brought water for my pup. That’s how thoughtful they were. I came with both my cockatiel Ricky and my dog lucky. My fiance got sick and the manager went out of his way to find her soup. He insisted I stayed to take care of her. We both immediately missed them all as soon as we left and cannot wait to return it will forever be my most memorable stay in Cali. I’d call this place a boutique hotel with a lot of charm. I totally recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ll be back!

There was nothing to not like and I’m a huge critic.

The fact that we had an apartment with a full kitchen, when I thought we only had a hotel room! Loved the restaurant/bar area. Fantastic breakfast. After now staying in around 10 different places in Cali this is by far my favourite. Choice of breakfast (pandebono waffles!) and plenty of it. The brunch options looked amazing.

Absolutely loved everything but we came back on a Sunday evening at 8.30pm hoping for a drink and some food, but it was closed. We should have asked about timings but it would have been good to have the timings in the room

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very enjoyable, and it is served individually, so not as fast as a buffet would be. The common area are nicely decorated. Good AC and comfortably firm bed, nice sheets. Very short walk to Iglesia San Antonio and the neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafes. This is one of the few hotels in Santo Antonio, where most lodging is in hostels. The restaurant is highly rated, but it was closed on Sunday evening.

Very small bathroom. No tissues in room. Creaky floor, but I guess that comes with an old historic building. Lack of wall art.

I spent all of February 2024 at Rossa Palma. I cannot speak more highly of the location (quieter part of San Antonio), the facilities, and above all, the staff. Shout out to the manager Oscar, who, in excellent English, was able to help and inform me on several occasions. Also to the other front staff Oscar 2, Ana, and Maybel. You made me feel like family. I had a fully equipped one-bedroom apartment. At first, I had one of the apartments in the front -- a little noisy because of the street. I was then moved to the third-floor apartment in the back (301). Incredible. Quiet. Fantastic views of the city and beyond. A home away from home. The restaurant is one of the best in San Antonio and is particularly well-known for its breakfast and weekend brunch. Again, the friendly staff made me feel at home. I don't know what more I can say. Oh yeah, the free Saturday afternoon salsa class was a nice extra. I think it is one of the best hotels, if not the best, in San Antonio, Cali, especially at that price point. I will book again for my next trip to Cali, and catch up on some old friends. Muchisimas gracias!

The air conditioning was great in the bedroom, and thanks for getting it fixed quickly. However, the kitchen area gets extremely hot, and I found it hard to stay there, except for a quick meal preparation. I would suggest installing another AC in the kitchen/living room area.

I cannot say enough good things about Rossa Palma. Residual Jeaneth at the front desk. She was so helpful and wonderful with such a great attitude and personality. The building itself is quite charming and the restaurant food is excellent. San Antonio as a neighborhood is seriously one of the nicest places on all of Colombia, let alone Cali. The hotel is so perfectly placed there as well. Loved it!

The late night activities in the restaurant get a bit loud at times.

The premises were beautiful, clean and quiet and ver safe. The staff was very helpful and kind. They made sure our stay was comfortable and catered to us like family. Restaurant on the premises. We could use the yard to sit around. the appartment was a fair size with the basics need. The staff is seen actively keeping the place clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again at it felt like home.

Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Mabel Ramos, Mr.Martin, Cristian and the rest of the staff for making our stay memorable. We will return to Rossa Palma very soon.
