Really liked the location near touristy attractions. Felt safe walking around. 10-15 minute walk to the Alumbrado area (Ermita church). Nice buffet breakfast. Good WiFi signal. Comfortable bed. Spacious room and bathroom. Stayed in a room in an upper floor, therefore outside noise was minimal and with AC on, became nonexistent. Great customer service provided by staff.

There's something nostalgic about Hotel Obelisco that just makes it a Cali institution. It is where I always meet my partner when I arrive to Colombia after being apart. The staff is absolutely wonderful — always so attentive, professional, and warm especially at the front desk and restaurant. The breakfast is delicious and it's fun to people watch in the dining area. If you're touristing around in Cali, it's a great location for nearby attractions and restaurants, and all cab drivers know where it is. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a classic hotel.

The location was great, near to transportation, and restaurants

The light in the pool, you can barely see at night, the breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30 but they had everything cleared before 10:00, the car service is not good to go back to the airport, I would recommend to request an Uber

horrible! old bread, smell funny, no juices it is water with flavor. the fruit was ok. papaya, no bread for toast no mermelade, the fried eggs over easy burned. they need to have more bread. pericos, and srambled eggs were ok.

Special places rest and enjoy the city, have good places near to the hotel. It is central to many tourist monuments and very safe to walk and have nightlife. Effortless access and safe parking for my vehicle

We booked the hotel the last minute, as the accommodation we initially booked was unsuitable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Whatever we asked for, they were happy to provide. Very clean, beds super confortable, amazing breakfast. Very good value for the money.

Parking lot floor was a bit deteriorated there is room for improvement.

Nice and is very well located. Food in the restaurant is great and cheap!

I think it needs remodeling and when the occupation is so high more staff is needed
