Very nice place, nice views. I like that has a pool now. The lady at front desk in the mornings , I think her name lizeth if I'm not mistaking, she was very kind with excellence on customer service. And rest of the staff were very nice and helpful. Except one person.

When arrived, the front desk gentleman at night, who claimed to be in charge, was very abrupt and arrogant, because I got upset due that I got charged for IVA (tax) that international tourists are exempted. He got upset at my level,instead of defusing the situation, since I was the customer and he had not patience to explain the reason for charging the IVA which is the tax. His customer service was pitiful. My point is HAMPTON should not be the only hotel entity to be charging the IVA for international tourist,which this tax has been exempted. All of the other hotels chains DO NOT CHARGE the IVA for international tourists. During my trip to Colombia I stayed on 5 different hotel chains and none of them charged me the IVA, except the HAMPTON, the only one that did it.

During my stay at the hotel, I was impressed by its excellent location and the stunning rooftop, which offers a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel room was also a highlight, featuring a comfortable and pleasing ambiance that made my time enjoyable.

However, the experience was dampened by the inconsistent service and staff demeanor. While some staff members were welcoming, others lacked friendliness, impacting the overall experience. Additionally, the food quality varied noticeably, depending on which chef was in the kitchen, leading to an uneven dining experience.

We stay at Hampton for 5 days. Location was great there were always taxi and transportation available at any time. It was easy to find even if walking around. Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Breakfast was really good they have a lot of variety. I was traveling with my son who is the most picky eater and there was something for him. Room where supper confortable. It was 3 of us and we have a 2 twin bed room.

I was very happy with the property.

Clean, nice service and practical for my needs.

The hotel does not consider having accessible rooms for handicapped people that contain more than one bed. The only accessible bathrooms all have one double bed. Please consider having two beds! My case, traveling with elderly family member not my partner, would have been much more comfortable if we had two beds in an accessible room!

The rooms were spacious. Clean. And comfortable with air conditioning. With spaces for work in the room or in the lobby. Staff was very kind and looking to help anything needed. Breakfast was awesome.

They should be more careful with the salads because they gave me a piece of lettuce that was not well washed and had an insect on it. I recommend that tables in the lobby or food consumption area be isolated from sunlight. For example with a 3M film or similar.

The staff were extraordinary, from the friendly welcome at check-in and check-out, to a special treat (a cupcake) to thank me as a Hilton Honors gold member, to attentive service in the very good restaurant. It's clear that this group of Hampton by Hilton franchises (Metro Hotels) provides extra training in customer service, and it was memorable. The hotel is quite new; I had a spacious and comfortable room. I liked the unusual configuration, with reception on the top floor with the restaurant and 24-hour snack bar. Breakfast in the restaurant was good; there's a terrace with good views of the city. The location is convenient, facing parkland along the Cali River; it's walkable to the Centro and the San Antonio and Granada areas where restaurants and nightlife are concentrated. In all, a great value.

No concerns in my three-night stay. Again, I recommend this place highly, and will look out for other Hamptons operated by Metro Hotels if I'm back in Colombia and adjoining countries.

The breakfast was very good. Fresh and delicious. The location was Ok, but as is the same with any big city in the world you always need to be aware of your surroundings. Especially late at night. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Nice, have self controlled thermostat in your room.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Staff was bilingual and friendly. Overall a very good experience.

For Me Everything Was Good

I loved the breakfast!! A lot of options to choose from, and fresh fruit as well. The coffee machine was complete as well. The beds are comfortable, and even if the room was small, we did fit well there. The location is great, you are close to the main tourist locations and the zone is secure, so you can walk around. They allowed us to keep our baggage as well as our car in the parking

They offer free parking, but when I tried to contact them to reserve, they said that you could leave the car with no problem, but they can't save any space for you, so it is your own risk if you get there there's no space free. That was pretty annoying to me, as one of the reasons I chose this hotel, was the parking as we were travelling by car, and found that if you don't find a free spot at the parking, sorry, you will have to find any solution by yourself.

A 3-star hotel that feels like a 5-star with a cool little pool on the roof :-) Large rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and close to everything. Especially the smart fit gym
