Love the location. Very lovely staff. Love the ease of getting in and out. Safe, nice neighborhood. Loved the ease of parking. There are unofficial but city sanctioned parking attendants on the street that watch your parked vehicle for a nominal tip (these attendants where city-issued vests - I would tip them no more than 2,000 pesos when departing with vehicle, not arriving). The hotel is cute, modern, clean, and had everything I needed to feel comfortable, including a comfy bed, fridge, stove, kitchenware, and drinkable tap water. Netflix and other streaming options and wifi available. Close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife. It's perfect for your affordable and enjoyable Cali experience. There is even a pizza shop and beer bar in the hotel itself. It's a really charming place. Definitely a great spot for young people. I'm quickly becoming a regular.

Although I am not particularly bothered by it, some folks might be bothered by its noise. It's a semi-industrial, loft style hotel. There is a lot of concrete around the very roomy spacious rooms and hallways. The hotel is also located on an active street, which I like, but all of this contributes to a little bit of noise. I like staying in a happening spot, but if you're looking for something quieter, you may want to try someplace else.

We stayed 2 nights at this property. We arrived super early and the staff helped us to find an available room as soon as possible so we don’t have to wait too long. The room was clean and it had everything necessary in the kitchen section. Also the location is perfect, it is located in “El peñón” a safety place in Cali and close to all the tourist attractions. We loved it.

Very nice and well managed property. Staff is super helpful and friendly. The location is FANTASTIC, it’s near everything you want to see in the city! Very safe environment and a ton of food options in close vicinity.

The only thing I wished was a little bit better about the room was the shower. It worked very well but due to the half-covering of the stall, water gets all over the bathroom

The hotel is new and had a great location in a nice area of Cali. The room was really nice and well designed. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also good!

Minor things. I felt the toilet could have had more flush power. The light in the bathroom was movement activated and there was a few times it didn’t work. Other than that that was it.

The location was excellent. Perfect for exploring El Penon and San Antonio with easy access to Granada as well.

Be careful of the stairs. They are metal and black. The interior lights can and will go off while you are descending the stairs, making it easy to trip and fall.

The neighborhood is great, good restaurants nearby.. Also the bed was super comfortable, it had air conditioning and the access to the hallway was secured with digital lock only for guests.. it's always good to have extra security.

I arrived at the hotel super late at night and most shops were closed to get a toothbrush but hopefully the receptionist helped me order it from a local pharmacist.

Nice room, cleanliness and confort

They told us the breakfast would start at certain time, however we had to wait almost 30 min before it was ready because the person in charge of the breakfast also came at the same time as us. It would be nice if the staff speak a bit more of English

It’s a good reasonably priced option in Cali.

The windows are not glass so all sounds gets in at night. The light coming from the hall through the door is so bright and goes on and off throughout the night. If you like it dark this isn’t a good spot.

Excellent location with clean and comfortable rooms

Even though there’s is no window looking outside or to a garden, it was quite and restful. The only thing I didn’t like was not having the option of blocking the light coming from the bathroom “opening” to the bed area in the morning

The accommodations and staff were great. The staff was very friendly and receptive to helping me with any questions or issues I had at the Hotel.

Nothing. I travel across the globe very often and this location was great.
