New, great bed, functionality of rooms, good breakfast, hot water in shower, clean, safe, location in the middle of a mall (bochalema plaza). Very nice staff with good English skills

Shower water pressure is very very low, but that seems to be common on cali.

The lobby was great for work and relaxation. I also liked the mall around the hotel and the security there

Property was clean, it has good wifi and a wonderful staff

Eve though the hotel is new but we had a lot of small issues that accumulated and made our stay uncomfortable. The first room they put us in had several issues, lights and telephone were not working, and no hot water. The staff was great and move us to another room, but we still did not have hot water, finally on the third room they put us in had hot water, but the shower drain was clogged and it flooded our bathroom after a long shower :( . Unfortunately too many issues for a hotel that is brand new. Breakfast was ok - no lunch or dinner is served at the hotel, however, there is a food court by the hotel with easy access. Location is fine. The staff was wonderful and really tried to accommodate us, but unfortunately we will not stay here again soon. Maybe maybe we will give it a try it again in a few years from now.
