First, the communication with the staff regarding my arrival and specific room request was excellent! They always responded politely and promptly plus I got the kind of room I wanted. Thanks! The room was also better than I expected. The bed was comfy, the shower had hot water, and it was clean. I also loved the location about 12 mins walking to the bus terminal and near a Dollar City, D1, and a chicken restaurant (Brosty Chicken).

I hated that shower. I'm a shortie and each time I stepped out I thought I would slip and fall as it's a wide entry/exit. Also, there was no hair dryer.

The location is very near the terminal and the city center. The room was spacious and I love the very professional staff who provide their utmost support every time you need help. :)

I love how the staff take care of you, and they asked us to clean the room. They did a great job in the cleaning and the whole process durin our stay. Super helpful and kind.
