Don't choose a room with street view, it is very noisy from the car on the street There is a club nearby and the music can be loud depending on where your room is located Staff at breakfast is very slow and/or ignore you, they should really improve their service The woman at the reception during the night is not friendly and I had to fight twice to get my money back from the vending machine The vending machine should be fixed to accept coins OR the hotel should warn customers with a clear sign that it doesn't accept coins

Excellent facilities. Really clean, comfortable beds, spacious.

Location is close to downtown but not a very nice area. A water fountain would be helpful or some other access to purified water.

The hotel is in a pretty rough area of town, not really safe. Plus, there is a disco/ bar on the top floor, so the noise (especially on the weekend) is pretty intense, even in the room. Sleeping not really possible until 3am.

Cheap price for room. Had everything you needed

The location isn't ideal and the facilities were badly designed/rushed. Lights behind door, big hallway with nothing, ... No isolation in the rooms, lot of noise from the street in the morning

Friendy staff, cleanly, decent price

No window to see the outside, felt like living in a basement. No hot water in the shower at all. No control over the A/C. No lights on in my hall at night, I could barely see my door to use the key card. Really loud upstairs until 3am every night which is lower on my list of gripes only because it was during La Feria De Cali and so it goes. No closet to hang certain items. How hard would it be to install a coat rack? And the blanket it was literally a topsheet. Felt so insubstantial. Top it all off it was in a sketchy part of town. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, but I don't know how this ranked so high in the reviews. Makes no sense. I left 2 days early because I could not deal with all of the above but they would not refund my remaining days.
