I liked the staff, they are very special with the guests, they help you with everything. The location is strategic and the services that they include are the best, not to mention the restaurant, it is the best. It has a lady who serves you, what attention my God, it is 10 out of 10, her name is (Esther) I praise her for her service and the rest of the staff is very professional.

The only thing missing for me is that they have a hair salon😔It's an odyssey to find one nearby. Otherwise I give them 10

Excellent breakfast

I did not appreciate that booking.com did not inform me of the total cost. The price listed does not include tax. I could hear music in my room on the 17th floor around midnight coming from a club in the hotel. This was on Saturday night. I don’t know how long the club is open but it was a bit of a nuisance, since I had to get up at 6:00 am the next morning.

The view was amazing. Hotel Torre de Cali is well located in the city and the roof top bar was excellent, although it was not part of the hotel.

The windows are thin, so from the 17th floor you could hear noise from neighbouring hotels' rooftop party from 12-2am. It is Cali however and if you are not ready for noise, pick another city. The Gym has poor facilities, it needs better equipment and some tender loving care. The bath tubs and decor need a bit of a facelift too, it feels like one of those hotels from the 90s. However for what I paid honestly this is just feedback, I'll be back.

I give an A both for the breakfast and for the location of the hotel. The beds in the room were also very comfortable.

There was no microwave in the room, and no ice machine on the floor. Also, I wanted to write simething, and I didn't see a pen or a note pad in the room.

Breakfast. Being for three weeks in Colombia now, I think I can safely say that breakfast is overall the weakest point everywhere. At least for this hotel level. Scrambled eggs are a staple, as often as not mixed with ham without an alternative for vegetarians, a bit of bread, a bit of fruit and... that's it.

Staff was fantastic. Very professional in all regards. Food was quite good and they had their own bar.

The place is definitely in need of some renovations. The place looks old and worn everywhere. Woodwork was scratched and dull, paint was peeling, etc. Doors were simple hollow core doors, not at all when you should have when security is important. Pretty sure a 7 yr old girl could kick it in like a SWAT team. Solid core or Steel doors should be used..Elevators were pretty slow. One side of the hotel is exposed to some dance club blasting music until 3-4 am. Tremendously irritating.

Service was great! The food is amazing and the rooms are nice and spacious. Ricardo really stood out and gave exceptional service. We really enjoyed the stay and will be back if we're in Cali.

There's not much to dislike. The rooms are great. They are still renovating some areas but overall great experience.

Morning and late shift staff were very nice and accommodating. Spacious, clean rooms. Great views of the city and hills, comfortable beds. Hot water was sufficient. Great location minutes away from a plethora of restaurants bars and grills. View from the nightclub on 42nd was awesome

Slow drain in the shower. Although my room was on the 11th floor the music from the nightclub was noticeable. I wasn't pleased to be asked to take my cap off when entering the nightclub on the top floor.

Location was good, roow was a suite room and was clean

Water from the sink and shower was not strong. Elevator was used by customers and the staff at the same time so there are many delays to reach the floor you want to go..

Great location next to Cali river.. safe area great for morning walks. quick ride to a large variety of great restaurants with live music within walking distance. . Rooms were large, modern and comfortable with a great view of the city. Great value. I will return.

The privacy door for the bathroom was a little askew and squeaked. Just a minor isolated maintenance issue.
