1. The location was great. Close to everything Filandia has to offer. 2. The host/manager (Diego) and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. 3. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. 4. Hot water in the bathroom was consistent.

1. The strength of the internet /wifi was weak in the room, but was strong in the lobby area. 2. It would be great if there is a mini fridge in the room.

-wonderful location a few steps away from the main square - Diego takes wonderful care of the guests always making sure they are content and their needs met -we got help with arranging the taxi to the hotel and to our next destination -the bed and the pillows were super comfortable - the bathroom was beautiful and the shower great - there is a lovely eating area - there is a breakfast offered that consists of eggs, arepa, a choice of fruit, yogurt with flavor, milk, coffee, a choice of cereal, cheese

Diego was the nicest host. The location was great with lots of nice restaurants and shops in proximity. Very nice bathrooms with plenty of hangers and storage. Nice showers and toiletry. Snacks on demand. Breakfast was delicious. TV turned on CNN directly

Windows head towards the inner corridor, so you can't get any natural light unless you open them. Room can feel a bit claustrophobic for those who like natural light.

there is a construction site right across the street. totally not the hotel’s fault but maybe something you should consider regarding the noise

El Reloj is your perfect choice, not only for the good facilities and location, but because it offers you a delicious breakfast, all ruled by Diego, your host and manager, who is at the same time responsible but funny, serious but well spirited. It is a very good place for a couple of nights. Really close to the main square and room was all we needed. Diego is always ready to help (he heated up some arepas I brought, accommodated to last minute requests) and the housekeepers were just amazing and helped with our laundry. Breakfast is great and the reception area is super comfortable

The shower leaked to bathroom. When i informed they said they new ( nothing was done to solve it)
