Great location, the best, one block from the riverfront to connect with boats. There is an excursion office in the hotel. The excursions are well priced. The hotel staff is very friendly. There is a beautiful pool in the back. If you want quiet, ask for a room facing the back. If you want a balcony and an active street view, ask for a front facing room. Free WiFi in lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Great air conditioning in the room. Large shower with warm water. Breakfast was very good.

Nice pool area, and good location. Convenient to have the later pool hours and the onsite restaurant. Excellent A/C in the rooms, but nowhere else. Nice to have a hot water option in the shower, which I understand is rare in Leticia. Beds were comfortable.

WiFi was poor. Bad signal. We had 2 rooms, only one room on the second floor facing the pool got a usable signal. The other room on the street side didn’t get a signal. When we had a connection, the speed was very slow. It appears they are trying to share a standard single Starlink connection for the whole hotel, which is simply not adequate. Rooms were fine, but not 4 star level. Maybe 2.5 stars. Loud street noise on the street (river) facing room. Poor seal (none) around door to balcony. Hard to sleep until traffic slowed down after midnight. Could not see the river due to the trees in the park across the street from the 3rd floor. Not sure why it’s called “river view” to be honest.

Good service, especially Harold in the resturant always ready to serve. He was upbeat, very hard worker and attentive. Staff was helpful with any questions you had. Pool was very nice. Food was good.

I didnt like that there was really only one cocktail to drink and anything else you had to buy a whole bottle. It would have been nice to have water available or at least bottled water daily. Most other hotels provide this when the water is not potable.

Good central location in Leticia and able to easily walk to bars, restaurants and attractions. We had a twin room with Amazon view - but you couldn’t actually see the Amazon as the hotel is across a park from the river and the trees stopped any river view. Hotel had great air-conditioning. Room ok with comfortable beds and bathroom ok. Hotel staff had no English which may be an issue for some people.

Wi-fi only available in public ground floor areas so had to sit in reception. Front facing room had road noise as along a main road in Leticia.

The location is excellent, within a few minutes walk of all the main attractions in the town and very close to the harbour. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi which I wasn't expecting to be good was actually excellent. Especially if you have a bedroom overlooking the pool at the back. The restaurant and pool area are very nice quiet the breakfast in the morning was excellent and for my wife and I who are vegetarians we were very pleased with the options

The owner is a very good guy. He is in person the representative of the Amason Tours, so we could book our excurtion at vhis desk. It made our stay comfortable. He is very helpful and gave us good advice. The pool and the restaurant is very good, and nice with the garden.

The owner know that the hotel design needs renewing and it is betwen his closest plans. Anyway the today design , what you will meet with is not a brand new.

The location is perfect, close to everything, the people at the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is very rich and varied. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the bathroom has hot water.

The hotel was comfortable and located in front of one of the main plazas. The breakfast was good, but could be better. The staff was very helpful.

I was not able to have a good night sleep, and I think it is because of how loud the exterior is, and how uncomfortable the beds are.

It is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Leticia, well maintained, clean, and spacious. It has a beautiful pool and a delicious restaurant. Rooms are ample, clean, and well illuminated, offering magnificent views. The staff is friendly and helpful. A travel agency in the lobby offers trips to the surrounding jungle. It is the best option for work or pleasure travel, alone, in a couple or with family. The hotel is located a couple of quarters from the Amazon river port, where jungle trips start.

Internet is slow, as is in the whole town.

Perfect location. Right in the main part of Leticia. Very walkable location.

There is no elevator, only stairs. So if you have heavy bags, be prepared, especially if you are on the 3rd or 4th floors.
