Breakfast was terrific and exceeded my expectations. Relaxing music, cheerful staff, food was excellent, the dining room had ambiance, loved the coffee and arepas con queso, fruit was also good. The bar/restaraunt at the top had wonderful food and nice music. The place was hip. The taco's, burgers and beer were great. I also loved the city view. This is also a great location. You can walk to a grocery store, parque fundadores, health care, the bank and restaraunts. It's also in a nice neighborhood. Cabs are also close and this location tends to quiet down at night. The room was fresh and upscale. Nice art.

Just a few small things that are not deal breakers. Our room only had one trashcan in the bathroom. A second trash can in the main room would have been nice. The room didn't have a coffee maker nor a desk or chair to work if you were a business person. The pillows were comfortable so working on the bed was fine. The only other thing is I am a tall traveler and when you walk down the stairs on floor two the stairwell is quite low. The paint on the stairwell blends in with the wall so I hit my head the 1st time. I know this is on me but it would have been nice to have some sort of sign, warning or contrasting colors.

The room was really comfortable, albeit a bit narrow. The bed was great, the room had AC, the bathroom was huge and the shower was great to relax after a long day. The staff was super friendly (Valentina and the guy from their own café), and the rooftop bar was good. Very good location!

The reading light on the side I sleep on was not working, but they took note of it. The room (203) was narrow and the bathroom was huge, so I would have preferred a bigger room and a smaller bathroom. The room had a TV, but it was not setup, so I didn't have cable or Netflix.

The parking information in the booking is deceitful. It says free parking but that is only from 6PM to 9AM. This should be made clear in the booking process.

Good location. Nice room and hotel decoration.

They said there is free parking and this is not true. you have to park three blocks from the hotel and you have to pay. There is no parking at the hotel. There was no hot water and they said the system was shutdown. No breakfast buffet, they is a someone serving a predetermined portion of food and the variety is very limited.

Staff was great

Breakfast was lack luster and needs attention. Not enough variety. They only serve a couple of different things. Food was good tasting though.

The staff (specially Ever in the front desk) was super friendly givin perfect tips to improve our tourist experience in Armenia, the facilities are amazing including the bar in the rooftop and also the breakfast, dinner and cocktails was delicious!

Nothing to say, everything was perfect.

The hotel is well located in the northern side of the city. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great, many options to choose from.
